Unfold partnered with Welingkar business school, Bengaluru for conducting two studies in 2018-19 on intrapreneurial best practices and corporate startup connect programs.The objectives of the studies was to explore diverse practices and models adopted for ideation and innovation by organizations either in partnership with employees or with the external eco system of startups and other stakeholders. We had the pleasure of working with three faculty members and a few students from Welingkar, who augmented our capacity for data gathering from corporates. The studies entailed, detailed interviews with role holders leading these programs and understanding the failures and successes of these efforts. Questionnaires were designed for both the qualitative and quantitative data capture. The working relationship between the unfold study team and the faculty was seamless, pleasant and milestone oriented. I found the faculties approachable, and action oriented. Considering the studies were complex and we evolved a unique framework, we were able to successfully partner between the two entities. While the report was written by the Unfold team, the faculties gave their early inputs on the approach. Welingkar management team were very supportive and navigated any schedules as needed to help us meet our timelines.

I appreciate the in-depth and qualitative consistency maintained in your work and usage of some of the modern tools like Impact Assessment Framework is highly commendable.
