Miao Ying is the Storm Dragon, Supreme Matriarch of Nan-Gau, Master of the Storm Winds and Daughter of the Dragon Emperor. ^[2]

She is the ruler of the Northern Provinces and Commander of the Great Bastion in Cathay ^[1] and has done for hundreds of years. ^[3]

History

Around 2276 IC, she led an expedition on the perilous journey to the Old World.^[6]

The eldest living daughter of the Dragon Emperor, the Castellan of the Great Bastion has guarded the northern provinces of Grand Cathay against Chaos incursions and marauding Hobgoblins for many centuries. Yet with the threat mounting, she finds herself at the head of an expedition to a strange land.
