This card is restricted to 1 copy as of the 2021 February 21 banlist, taking effect on 2021 March 1 (around the start of the BT-05 format). The stated reasoning was: [BT2-047 Algomon] and [BT3-103 The Revelation of Hidden Power!!] both have effects with the ability to reduce evolution costs to 0 in almost all cases. Because the evolution speed of green decks was much faster than expected compared to decks of other colors, we have decided to restrict these cards to 1 copy. References:
