This card is restricted to 1 copy as of the 2024 August 23 banlist, taking effect on 2024 August 31 (around the tail end of the BT-18 format). The stated reasoning was: This card can be used in decks centered around [BT16-102 Magnamon X-Antibody] in concert with level 3s and similar cards that support evolution to perform attacks in the early game while keeping [BT16-102 Magnamon X-Antibody] on the field. The above play is very powerful and creates situations that many decks cannot play around. To improve this situation, we have decided to restrict this card to 1 copy. References:
