It manifested itself when Beelzebumon: Blast Mode rushed towards the D-Reaper in hopes of freeing Katou Juri, then attempted to psychologically torture him using his murder of Leomon. Beelzebumon almost destroyed it until he used Leomon's Jūouken to finish the Agent, which inversely made Juri more despondent and giving the D-Reaper an opportunity to repair its core, preventing Beelzebumon from saving Juri. It then promptly finished him off with Active Wing before transforming into the Mother D-Reaper.
