This card is restricted to 1 copy as of the 2025 August 23 banlist, taking effect on 2025 September 1 (around the tail end of the BT-22 format). The stated reasoning was: In [Dukemon] decks, this card being named [Growmon] and having a Security Attack +1 inherit causes these decks' offensive power to become much higher than expected, and we have determined it is necessary to return the speed of [Dukemon] decks to a more appropriate level.
