Skuld Terminal

The Skuld Terminal (スクルドターミナル Sukurudo Tāminaru) is one of the three layers or "Terminals" of the New Digital World. Its name is derived from Skuld, one of the three Norns who tended to the world tree, Yggdrasil in Norse mythology. This layer represents the future, and is filled with Artificial Evolution and Machine type Digimon.

The Skuld Terminal allows access to the layer governing the future, and is a simulation of the future predicted by Yggdrasill; it is the uppermost layer in which information from the Ulud and Versandi Terminals is reflected. High-rise buildings line the futuristic city, which is ruled over by Cyborg and Machine Digimon. The Royal Base floats in the skies above the Skuld Terminal, while the covert honey corps "Royal Commando" carries out covert operations on land.^[1]
