Can’t Translate An Elementor Widget?

Only widgets that are compatible with WPML can be translated by default. There are two types of compatible Elementor widgets:

  1. The default widgets of the Elementor page builder
  2. A range of custom WPML-ready Elementor Add-ons.

If you have a custom widget not included in this list, it’s likely not compatible and can’t be translated just yet. The author needs to register their widget for translation with WPML first.

You can contact the theme or plugin author directly to tell them about the issue. To help them, you can share the WPML’s guide to registering page builder widgets for translation.

You can also ask our WPML support team for help. Open a ticket in our Support forum and we’ll do our best to assist you.
