Broadridge India Signs MOU with LPU for Industry-Academia Collaboration - Broadridge India has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Lovely Professional University (LPU) to launch a strategic industry-academia collaboration focused on building future-ready tech talent. This partnership aims to bridge the gap between industry and academia, equipping students with real-world skills and practical exposure to be industry-ready. The MoU was signed between Ritu Rakhra, Head of HR, Broadridge India and Dr. Monica Gulati, Registrar, LPU. As part of the initiative, Broadridge has introduced a structured Train the Trainer program, where its SMEs mentor LPU faculty to ensure effective knowledge transfer. The program will run for 80-90 hours over 16-17 weeks, with live sessions scheduled every week, covering key topics such as Product Management, Agile and SaFe, DevOps & SRE, Cloud & DevOps, and Cybersecurity.
