DescriptionPublished 1989Character Profile page for Matrix - the artificial Supergirl created by Lex Luthor of the Pocket Universe. A history of Matrix to this point in time. Matrix first appeared in Superman #16 (1988). She could fly, she had super-strength, could shape-shift, cloak herself to near-invisibility, and perform telekinesis. She was nearly killed by General Zod and the other Kryptonian Phantom Zone escapees. Superman brought her burnt form to Ma and Pa Kent for them to nurse her back to health. Social/Sharing |

I really like the transformation sequence at the bottom and the Phantom Zone battle on the right!
