I specialize in building physical models, costumes and costume props. I have experience in Vacuforming, Molding and Casting, Woodworking, Metal-Shaping, Foam Carving, Electronics (Lighting, motorizing, special effects), Painting, Sculpture, Rapid Visualization Sketching, 3D Modeling, 3D Printing, Industrial Design, CAD, Mechanical Engineering, and Welding.
I'm always looking for a better way to get something done, either by personal experimentation or advice from more knowledgeable individuals. I greatly enjoy projects that force me to learn specialized information or new skills. (Learning to control motors, interactive lighting, safely using high voltage for electrical-arcing effects, building custom miniature fog machines, collapsible weapon props.)
I love working with my hands and problem solving skills to bring an idea to life, the crazier the better. -

Mixed silkscreen ink colors to match customer specifications. Modified pieces of printing equipment on lathe to accommodate special containers. Moved product into, out of, and around inside printing room. Stood in one spot doing repetitive tasks for extended periods of time. Kept work area clean to protect product integrity.

Fiberglass Fabricator2019 - 2020 (1 year)Used modern fiberglass laying techniques to create a multitude of objects and applications. Objects created include Parade Float decorations, Architectural pieces, Theatrical Scenery, Oversized Trophies, and Rollercoaster seats (Included carbon-fiber in lay-up). Used Chop-Gun for quick laying of glass, then rollers to smooth out the layers while resin is wet. Products were formed inside molds or as encapsulated foam objects produced on 3D mills. Produced patterns for repeated production of complicated products out of standard fiberglass-mat off a roll. Strictly adhered to complicated safety guidelines and use of Personal Protective Equipment.
