On my last day, I went to the desk and asked for a wake up call so I wouldn’t miss my flight. That did not happen. I was extremely upset that I may have missed my flight due to them not following directions. This was my only issue.

Pros (+) It was across the street from where my meetings were. One of the better Holiday Inns, clean comfortable and roomy. I would stay here again if location was convenient.
