What Is This?
This is our way of showing our appreciation. You’ll earn pointes for activities on our site, like referrals and purchases. You can use them to earn discounts off purchases, so the more you collect the more you save.
Who Can Join And How Do You Join?
Anyone with an account is automatically enrolled. Log in to your capezio.com account to view your status or create a free account today! Click here to create an account.
How Do I Earn Pointes?
You can earn pointes for all sorts of activities, including referring friends, following us on social media, providing us with your birthday and making purchases. To see all the ways you can earn pointes click the Earn Pointes tab in the menu.
How Do I View My Point Balance?
Your point balance can be viewed on capezio.com/loyalty when you are logged in to your account.
Is There A Limit To The Number Of pointes I Can Earn?
Nope! Get moving and earn as many Capezio “Pointes” as you can.
What Do The 'approved', 'pending' And 'cancelled' Statuses Mean?
Approved: These pointes can be redeemed on rewards immediately.Pending: These pointes need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals.Cancelled: These pointes will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the pointes will change from pending to cancelled).

Referring Friends
All members have the opportunity to refer friends. Each time you refer a friend who signs up and makes a purchase you will receive additional pointes. An easy way to earn pointes!
What Happens If A Friend I Refer Cancels Or Returns Their Order?
Your pending pointes will become cancelled and will be removed from your account. In order to earn pointes for referring a friend, the friend must sign up and make a first purchase.
Why Did My Account Balance Go Down?
You, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase.
How Do I Redeem My Pointes?
Select the tab called Get Rewards. Here you’ll see all the rewards we offer. If you have enough pointes, you can redeem them for a reward. Click the “Get Reward” button of the voucher you are redeeming. Copy and paste the promo code shown to apply it to your cart.
How Can I Access My Reward Coupon Code If I Do Not Copy It?
Go to Available rewards tab and click on the redeemed reward or click on the “approved” button of the voucher you want to redeem in the History section. The code will display once you click “approved.”
Can I Use My Pointes During Checkout?
Not directly - please redeem your pointes for a voucher which can then be applied during checkout.
What Are The Membership Tiers?
The membership tiers, like the studio, are beginner, intermediate and advanced. These are based on the number of pointes you've earned in a given year. Once you have reached a tier, you will maintain that tier for 365 days. You can start enjoying tier benefits immediately after a tier is reached. To keep your status, you need to maintain that tier’s minimum pointes into the next year. To view the benefits of each tier,visit this page

Enjoy 24-hour early access to all promotions and seasonal sales throughout the year, giving you the chance to shop before anyone else.
Annual Birthday Offer
Members who give their birthday during sign up will receive a yearly birthday gift of 250 Capezio pointes.
Double Day Pointes Shopping Days
Earn 2x the pointes (1 dollar = 2 pointes) on purchases made on “Double Point” Shopping Days. These days will beat the discretion of Capezio.com
