There are three types of license (Desktop, Web and App) and five variations for each one depending on: the number of users that are going to install the typeface (for Desktop), the monthly page number of views (for Web) and the lifetime number of downloads (for App).
Desktop: The typefaces can be used in any static and animated digital images/videos and in any printed or digital applications, designs, and products.
Web: The typefaces can be used in a single website through CSS.
App: The typefaces can be used in a single application (for example an iOS or Android application, an e-book or a digital game).

C-Type is not offering trial versions or student discounts at the moment due to its very little capacity to process every personal request/e-mail and keep track of all non-licensed typefaces.
