Job Description

We recently set an impossible goal to 10x our revenue over the next 2-3 years. We've seen incredible growth since then, and we're looking for a consultative sales professional — someone who’s great at closing deals and building partnerships — to accelerate our progress.

You’ll work directly with global brands, agencies, and production partners — negotiating high-value creative projects, building lasting partnerships, and helping world-class artists and studios do the best work of their careers.

Summary of Responsibilities

Build/Grow Client Partnerships

  • Develop deep relationships with creative teams at world-class brands and agencies where you'll gain a deep understanding of their wants, needs, goals, constraints, and creative ambitions.

  • Identify and grow high-value client accounts ($1-5M+/year potential) through proactive, consultative engagement.

  • Lead partnership development meetings and presentations with clients.

Convert Inquiries to Sales

  • You'll lead a high volume of negotiations for illustration, animation, mixed-media, live action video production, and pre/post production projects from initial inquiry to final delivery.

  • Respond quickly and thoughtfully to incoming inquiries to qualify them.

  • Conduct calls with clients to learn what they are looking for and to create alignment.

  • Coordinate with artists and studios to ensure they are available and aligned with the clients needs.

  • Guide clients toward solutions that allow them to bring their biggest ideas to life.

  • Craft proposals, budgets, and contracts that align creative capabilities with client needs.

  • Collaborate with artists, studios, and project managers to ensure smooth execution and delighted clients.

  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, share insights, and refine our sales process.

  • Learn directly from senior leadership and coaching to continually improve sales performance and grow contribution to team/company goals.

Job Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience in sales, account management, business development, and/or experience in advertising, creative services, production, or media.

  • Proven track record of closing large deals, growing $1m+ client accounts.

  • Strong understanding of how brands, agencies, and production partners collaborate.

  • Excellent written and verbal communicator — clear, concise, and persuasive in both writing and verbal conversation. Great presenter.

Salary Range:

$80,000 – $90,000 DOE

You must have a presentable Home Office. Closer&Closer will provide a computer and all software needed to perform the job.

Hours

Full time. 8:30 am to 5:30 pm or something similar in your respective time zone, Monday through Friday.
