    This rug is really soft and pretty. The only issue is that it will not fit into a standard washer, you must use an industrial sized washer. This rug is more rigid and stiff than other washable rugs. I don't want to tear up my machine trying. I have washed mine once when my great dane had an accident which was not pretty. It washed great and looked great afterward, and laid down without crinkling the edges. Because it's a pain to wash, I will not be using this rug in the hall which is what I bought it for because going to the landromat is such a hassle. I'll have to add to a bedroom my pets cannot access.
