AirEx Floorvent uses this principle to reduce heat loss in homes by targeting one of the most overlooked areas, under the floor. Installed in place of traditional air bricks, it uses real-time data to regulate airflow and stop unnecessary heat loss.

Independently verified trials show Floorvent can reduce heating energy demand by an average of 12% per home. It delivers 2 to 4 SAP points per install, helping uplift EPC ratings and lower bills for residents. The system is BBA Certified, recognised in the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), and fully compliant with PAS 2035 and 2030, giving you confidence in quality, performance, and compliance.

AirEx technology is changing how homes with suspended floors are retrofitted for energy efficiency. These floors can be responsible for up to 15% of heat loss, yet are often left untreated. Floorvent offers a smart, cost-effective way to fix this, especially where loft or wall insulation has already been done.
