What if the show falls through—is the deposit refundable?
No, the deposit is nonrefundable.

Shipping prices will vary based on your location.
Can you ship the puppets internationally?
No. Our puppets are only available for venues in the United States.
Can you give me a shipping discount?
No, the shipping rates are fixed. We use a professional shipping company that specializes in theater and film; they determine the shipping cost. You are welcome to make your own shipping arrangements with a trusted shipper.
How does shipping work?
After you have sent us the signed agreement and deposit, we will make arrangements with the shipping company. We will put you in touch with the shipping company a few weeks from the start of your rental so you can work directly with them on the exact delivery date, time and location.
Can I come by Swazzle to pick up the puppets?
Yes, local pick up is available for clients in Northern California. We'll send you the dimensions so you can bring the correct-sized truck. We only allow the puppets to be picked up in enclosed cargo vehicles, no open-air vehicles or pickup trucks. No trucks longer than 28 feet. We recommend a cargo van or small U-Haul truck.
Can I come pick the puppets up on Saturday or Sunday?
No. The puppets are only available for pick up and return Monday through Friday. Once your rental is booked, we will schedule dates and times for you to pick them up and return them.
Do you take a deposit?
Yes, we take half the fee up-front as a nonrefundable deposit. Only after we receive your deposit will the puppets be held exclusively for your production. Until we receive your deposit, we will continue to accept other booking requests.
When is the balance due?
The balance is due two weeks before the puppets are sent to your venue. We will not make shipping arrangements or ship the puppets until the balance is paid. The invoice for the balance is included in the email containing your rental agreement and deposit invoice.
What if the show falls through—is the balance refundable?

How do I pay? Do you take checks or credit cards?
We prefer credit card payments but checks and money orders are also acceptable.
