The name says it all! A beautifully balanced sauce that adds a little summin'-summin' to anything that's graced with its delicious presence. Definitely at the lower end of the spice spectrum – but sometimes you need a little spark and not the full 240V surge, y'know? Great with everything (duh!), but I especially love it on eggs.

One of my favourites. If you love Crystal hot sauce then you'll love this. It's more of a vinegar based sauce using habanero for the heat. I find it more on the milder side than medium however much like Mat's description, it is sauce that can accompany almost everything. It is now defiantly a staple in my sauce rotation. 10/10 would recommend.
