Meet your Candidate
Raised in Battle River—Crowfoot, Damien is proud to have been elected to represent this constituency following the 2019 and 2021 elections. He has been actively involved in conservative politics here in Battle River-Crowfoot and across Canada for 2 decades.
During his time in Parliament, he has become an outspoken voice for good governance, democratic accountability, and consistently advocates for the rural concerns of his constituents. Most recently he was appointed by Pierre Poilievre to be the Conservative Shadow Minister responsible for Canadian Heritage.
He is a fifth-generation farmer and spent nearly a decade working seasonally in East Central Alberta’s Oil and Gas Sector. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Studies and Communications from Trinity
Western University and a Diploma in Biblical Studies from Eston College.Damien currently resides near his family farm in Alberta's Special Areas with his beautiful wife, Danielle, and blessed with three boys: Matthew, Emerson, and Winston. He is actively involved in his local church, community, and spends as much time as he can passing on his love of farming to his kids.

It includes beautiful prairiescapes, an abundance of ag and energy, dozens of amazing communities, and so much more. This region also has the distinction of being one of the most conservative regions in Canada.

Electoral District Association
The Battle River—Crowfoot Conservative Electoral District Association (the organization that hosts this website) is the local organization that represents the Conservative Party of Canada in this constituency. This volunteer board, made up of the MP and 30 directors, works hard to organize locally to ensure that Conservatives win in Battle River—Crowfoot and also that Common Sense Conservative ideas are represented in the Conservative Party across Canada.
