From Porto Alegre, Tulio Vargas a.k.a. Lifter started learning about the world of e-music at the age of 13. When he got 15 started Deejaying in privates parties in the city of Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais. At 17 he started his studies as a music producer. Nowadays you can find on his tracks all the magic and the weight of Full On Morning submerses in the psychedelic of Progressive Psytrance. His sweet notes and touching melodies make certain dancing nuances and lot of feeling.
