Whatever Charles (aka) Charlie has been active as a dj and promoter for over 10 years now in his hometown: Valencia, as part of theBasement Soundsystem, one of the most active music collectives in the area. He's also in front of the management for theBasement Discos, the label and collaborative hub that serves to pilot an own musical direction based in upbeat and groovy house, independent from trend decisions or laws of the market.
