A noted member of the legendary House of Aviance, Nita started DJing around the turn of the millennium and was a resident at the infamous Mr. Black and Westgay, both touchstones for queer artistry and culture in downtown nightlife of the early 2000's. Currently, Nita performs globally as a solo artist and as one half of The Carry Nation, most recognized for epic extended B2B sets and their wildly successful monthly at Brooklyn's Good Room.
