I received this as part of the Best in Beauty trial box from Beautyheaven, I've never tried a product like this before and was happy to trial something new. I don't normally heat style my hair after every wash but did it every time while trialing this spray. It's aimed at people who would like straight and smooth hair, so if you have wavy hair that air dries then you definitely won't need it. It has to be applied in sections to wet hair, my hair is quite porous and the ends dry quickly so I had to apply this promptly after washing my hair. It feels sticky when wet but my hair feels soft with no residue when it is dry. This did'nt leave my hair weighed down, if you are worried it will make your hair look lank I think you will be pleasantly surprised after using this. I don't own a straightener but used all the hot styling tools I had when using this and my hair seemed no worse for wear. The smell is floral but fades eventually. I don't think you will have perfectly groomed hair like your favourite celebrity unless your hair is in really good condition to start with, but it will help.

I received this as part of the Best in Beauty trial box and it was my favourite out of the products I received. It contains 7 types of hyaluronic acid, I actually did'nt know there were that many. It comes in a pump bottle that contains a whopping 150ml of serum (I'm used to 30ml bottles with a dropper). The pump action bottle was so easy to use. This is made by Japans No.1 skincare line and the bottle has the iconic Japanese cherry blossom on it. The instructions could be clearer, the English translation needs some improvement, but using a serum is pretty straightforward. It feels cooling and slightly sticky which is what I expect from a hyaluronic serum. My skin looks healthy and plump after applying this. It feels more hydrated and I especially like applying it in the morning so my skin looks and feels it's best for the day ahead. I will definitely try some more products from this brand.

This was given to me to alongside other products in the Best New Beauty Box to trial. It is a white cream with a artificial scent that thankfully fades after about 10 minutes. Ceramides are the star ingredient in this cream, but it also contains several oils, like Jojoba, Sunflower and Apricot, but I don't think they are in very large quantities or the cream would'nt be so white. A little bit goes a long way and I had to rub it in a bit more thoroughly than other moisturisers I use. I have'nt had a long time to trial this but I don't think it's made a big difference to my skins appearance. It looks nice and well moisturised after I apply it, but I don't wake up with skin that looks any different from usual. My skin is prone to sensitivity and this has caused no problems, so I'm pleased about that. It does'nt specify what skintype this is aimed at but claims to address ageing and deliver an intense boost of hydration, I think it would suit most people with the exception those with oily skin, or skin prone to congestion. It did'nt impress me enough for 5 stars but it is'nt terrible either.

I received these to trial from Beautyheaven as part of the best new beauty trial. These lashes are labelled as natural but I was a bit disappointed when I first saw them, because they did'nt look natural to me in the packaging - and they did'nt look natural on me when I applied them either. Manicare rate their false lashes out of 5, with number 1 described as 'Natural' and the last being described as 'Dramatic'. If these were natural then what the heck do dramatic look like? These were easy to apply and the box says they are reusable up to 15 times which makes them good value for money in my opinion. They did'nt irritate my eyes although I could still feel I was wearing them. They just did'nt look good on me. It was too obvious they were fake. The black band where they attach to the lid added to the problem. I tried wearing them with eye makeup but they still looked fake. My advice to this company if they truly want to make a natural lash then they need to make them shorter and sparser, with the option of a dark brown shade to choose from.

I received this via the BH best new beauty trial, I requested the dark brown shade if I was lucky enough to be included, and got it!. The shade was what I expected and accurately described. It is'nt too dark or overbearing. There were not any instructions but it is pretty self-explanatory, it has a applicator brush very similar to a mascara wand and is easy to apply. The strokes look very much like natural individual hairs. You can use as much or as little as you like of this product, use a light hand to just fill in sparse areas or apply to your entire brows for a more dramatic look. My brows do look a little bit fluffier, but I like that I can apply this and it just looks like my natural brows, only better. It does'nt feel waxy or sticky and keeps my brows in place all day. I'm so glad I received this to try, I don't wear a lot of make-up but like to have groomed and defined brows, and this product gives me that.

This is the cheapest skincare product I use, but it's one of the best. The flip top bottle is easy to use and contains 200ml and lasts me a few months as it's my morning toner, I like to use gentle products in the morning. It does'nt have any scent. One of the ingredients is witch hazel, my skin is sensitive but it causes no irritation. It leaves my skin feeling clean and ready for my serums and moisturiser. I think this would benefit any skin type and is readily available at most chemists and supermarkets and is often on special too.

I bought this by accident, I meant to buy the handcream that is in a very similar pump top bottle. This may not be as heavy as a handcream but it works well. I like that it absorbs into my skin quickly with no heavy residue. The description of it is very accurate - it really is very light and silky. My skin feels very soft after using this. The pomegranate scent is very faint and is'nt really noticeable to me after I apply it, which is fine as I prefer my perfume to be the only thing people can smell on me. It's quite nourishing and I find it better to use as a handcream, I've gotten a few pimples on my body after using too much of it.

I bought this as a gift for a friend and honestly think it looks more expensive than it actually was. The heavy gold metal base looks great, the Glasshouse logo was embossed on it but in a subtle way. Their are 5 holes in the semi-circle base and you simply arrange the stems inside. This makes a great alternative to scented candles or reed diffusers that are placed in a liquid, it's safer and mess free, if you have kids or pets then you don't have to worry about a mess or candle wax and possible burns. The reeds can be bought separately when the scent has faded or if you want to try a different scent, all of the popular Glasshouse fragrances are available. You can buy these for yourself or a friend, it's a really great gift idea for the person who has everything.

This is great for dry and sensitive skin and is the only skincare product that both my husband and I share. It's versatile enough to use on both your face and body. It is quite thick but absorbs well and is easy to layer over the top of serums with no pilling. My skin is sensitive but this moisturiser does'nt irritate it. I also like that it has no scent as well, no fragrance is added and the ingredients in this don't have a chemical smell. This is a great moisturiser at a very reasonable price.

These are perfect to take on a holiday, and for me specifically for shampoo and conditioner. I don't wash my hair every single day, so I find it convenient to keep two bottles separate from my skincare products in their own pouch. Manicare thoughtfully provide stickers you can put on the bottles so you can remember what you've packed in each one. Which is very convenient when products are the same colour, often it can be hard to distinguish what they exactly are when decanted from their original packaging. The bottles are'nt large but are good enough for a short trip and exactly how much you need to take with you depends on your personal beauty regime. These are good for me and if I'm going to be staying somewhere for a longer length of time I will buy full size shampoo and conditioner while I'm on my holiday.
