We accept returns within 60 days for items in an unworn condition and in their original packaging - usually a shoe box.
Live near our stores? Returns to store are Free and we often have fantastic alternatives to offer.
By Post - we offer a cheap and easy Royal Mail Prepaid Tracked Return label with every parcel shipped, which can be attached and quickly dropped off at a local Post Office anywhere in the UK and Islands. This is a subsidised service and costs just £3 per label used, which is deducted from the final refund.
Don’t have time to get to the Post Office? We’ve got you covered. Royal Mail now offer returns parcel collection right from your doorstep, at no extra cost! Simply select this option during the returns process to arrange a suitable time for you. No label or printer is required as a Royal Mail representative will print your label when your parcel is collected.
Extended Christmas Returns Policy - Purchases made between 1st October and 24th December 2024 will automatically qualify for our Extended Christmas Returns Policy. Any items bought during this period can be returned to us unworn and in their original packaging until 14th January 2025. Please ensure that returns are sent in time to reach us by this date.
Recycled plastic packaging is used for our parcels and wherever possible, please return items in the same plastic packaging to reduce waste.
Refunds are processed within 3-5 working days of returned parcels arriving in store.
