Brand guidelines

General Trademark and Brand Guidelines

iFinex Inc. and its affiliates own the trademarks, logos, and copyrighted brand materials associated with Bitfinex, including but not limited to Bitfinex, Bitfinex Securities, and the associated leaf logos (collectively, the “Brands”).

Any third-party use of these Brands must follow the guidelines outlined below unless explicit written permission has been granted by iFinex Inc. or its affiliates.

These guidelines are intended to ensure consistent and accurate representation of Bitfinex and its products across publications, integrations, and communications.

In general, the following uses of Bitfinex word marks are permitted:

Do use our Brand(s) to note if your product or service is compatible with or interoperable with our product(s) or service(s). ...

Do use our Brand(s) to truthfully and accurately refer to our product(s) or service(s). ...

Do use our Brand(s) as adjectives before nouns. ...

Use our Brand(s) less prominently than your own brand(s) or company name. ...

Don’t

Absent a license granting additional rights, you must not do any of the following:

Don’t use our Brand(s) in a misleading way, such as in a trade name, social media profile/handle/account, in a brand, as the name of an app, or otherwise to falsely imply a partnership, affiliation or endorsement. ...

Don’t use BITFINEX’s Brands as nouns or verbs. ...

Don’t use our Brand(s) more prominently than your own brand(s) or company name. ...

Don’t use our Brand(s) on any tangible goods or their packaging, including any promotional, marketing, swag, or other items.

Don’t use our Brand(s) in the name of a user group, fan group, tech communities, or other organization name, irrespective of whether the group or organization is a non-profit.

Downloads

The following materials may be downloaded and used strictly for editorial, news, and media coverage purposes.

Any other use of these assets, including commercial use, social media promotion, marketing materials, or use by non-media individuals, is not permitted without prior approval.
