Suggest a better descriptionStir in same direction. Boil to hard crack 280-305 degrees. Pour on buttered cookie sheet. Spread Chocolate nuts, etc.
*Use 1/2 margarine, 1/2 butter
Do not stir often. When it starts to turn a darker color. Stir the outsides inside to finesse it. No big stirring. DO NOT spread when you put it into a pan.
To test drip into cold water and flatten with fingers, chew until real crunchy.
Cool on a cooling rack.
