Disney has announced that it will release on 4K Blu-ray and Blu-ray Peter Sohn's Elemental (2023). The two releases are scheduled to arrive on the market on September 26.
Description: "Elemental" is an original feature film set in Element City, where residents of Fire, Water, Earth and Air live together. The story introduces Ember, a tough, quick-witted and fiery young woman, whose friendship with a fun, sappy, go-with-the-flow guy named Wade challenges her beliefs about the world they live in. Directed by Peter Sohn ("The Good Dinosaur," "Partly Cloudy" short), and produced by Denise Ream ("The Good Dinosaur," "Cars 2"), "Elemental" features a screenplay by John Hoberg & Kat Likkel and Brenda Hsueh, and stars the voices of Leah Lewis and Mamoudou Athie as Ember and Wade.
Special Features and Technical Specs:

Carl's Date – Written and directed by Academy Award® nominee and Emmy® Award winner Bob Peterson and produced by Kim Collins, this all-new short, "Carl's Date," finds Carl reluctantly agreeing to go on a date with a lady friend —but admittedly with no idea how dating works these days. Ever the helpful friend, Dug steps in to calm Carl's pre-date jitters and offer some tried-and-true tips for making friends — if you're a dog. "Carl's Date" opened in theaters in front of Disney and Pixar's "Elemental."

This’ll be one of the last physical releases from Disney. Thank god! Disney hasn’t had a successful film in years. The imploding of this shit company has begun.
They should swap the Orange and Blue banners so the 4K isnt as confusing with the blue logo, but I also understand keeping the colors on the same side. Oh well, love the simplistic artwork for it at least
@NightMan04 - Australia and New Zealand. And according to FlatPanelsHD: "...Disney has previously pulled out of the disc market in Asia and Latin America, so unfortunately it would seem that the snowball is rolling..." So we in the States may not be far behind.
@Jodi Disney will pull out of physical media in the states within the next few years only when the company folds. This doomsday commentary isn't rooted in anything rational. Streaming has cost the Disney company. They have failed to make a profit on it thus far. The current writer's and actor's strikes is only going to cost them more when the dust settles. If Disney is actually foolish enough to fully part ways anytime soon with physical media, it will only be to their own detriment. Let's not freak out yet.
For every Toy Story sequel, I have been a bit skeptical on where else they can go with it, and feeling it would be nothing more than a renewed merchandising push. Each time, I have been proved wrong.
