Bloodhound Books is one of the UK’s leading independent publishers of commercial fiction.
We work extremely closely with authors to create international bestselling books.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Entertaining, fresh and distinctive fiction that stands out from the crowd. We accept unsolicited submissions, manuscripts from agents, previously published authors, including self-published authors, and debut writers.
We’re looking for gripping, commercial stories with memorable characters. If your style of storytelling is unique, and readers are going to remember your novel, we want to hear from you.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
The guidelines below are a brief overview of the must have submissions requirements, please download our full guidelines below.
The following MUST be included in your submission
Your email subject line must be “Genre, Author name, Book title”
(for example: Crime thriller submission, Jane Doe, Crime on the Streets)
In the body of the email, include a one paragraph pitch about your book and which genre it sits in, PLUS a minimum of one paragraph about yourself.
Attached to the email should be a full synopsis (no more than 2 pages), spoilers includes, and the full-length manuscript (minimum 60,000 and maximum 95,000 word count) as a Word document.
We aim to respond within three months but this timescale may vary.
