Shy Kitty Crawley never got over her crush on former bronc champ Tyson Ellis. She’s always been his pal and “my buddy’s shy little sis” and that’s just dandy. Mostly. But now that Tyson’s temporarily the guardian of two little girls—and in way over his cowboy hat—they’re finding more ways to bond. Suddenly Kitty’s cowboy crush is in danger of growing into something else. And with Valentine’s Day just around the corner, there’s no escaping Cupid…or the bronc rider she’s falling for.

A crush on her older brother’s friend has gone unnoticed and every encounter feels awkward for her, but then another cowboy, a sweetheart cluster of little girls, interfering family, and a Valentine’s rodeo and dance might be just what a shy, kind-hearted woman needs for Cupid to pick her at last. Sasha Summers and her Cowboys of Garrison, Texas series are all new to me, but a Valentine-themed cowboy romance seemed just the thing.

Another in the Cowboys of Garrison, Texas series, in which Kitty Crawley can't seem to get her crush on Tyson Ellis out of her head, even if he no longer rides broncs in the rodeos but serves as a pick-up rider when needed.
Now Tyson has his hands full taking care of two cute nieces for his sister, a military person out of the country at the moment. Kitty decides to help him by inviting the little girls over to play with her own niece, 6-year-old Samantha.
That and taking care of her crotchety father keeps her busy, but Kitty wants more. Trouble is, she's too shy to go for what she wants, and Tyson's reluctance to take a chance and declare his feelings is also an impediment--until RJ steps up and goes after Kitty. Or does he? Will Tyson step up? Or lose his chance to get what he wants, too?
A sweet and charming romance. Three adorable little girls add to the fun. Grumpy old men and gossiping women do too. Hallmark movie kind of story in a way. Thanks to the publisher for providing a copy. My review is voluntary.
