Jenna Mathews has nothing on her mind except making sure her best friend’s wedding is perfect in every way. As the maid of honor and the florist, she needs to keep on task. However, she is in no way prepared for the sexy best man who slides into place at the last second for the wedding rehearsal. He flusters her from the moment he arrives and manages to tip her world on its axis before the night is over. But Jenna isn’t ready for his world, and besides, she has family issues to deal with and has no interest in divulging the truth about who she really is.

Mason Simmons can’t believe he is falling for a vanilla woman at his best friend’s wedding, of all places. Even though both the bride and the groom warn him to stay away from the maid of honor, he isn’t able to keep his hands to himself. He’s a smart man, though. No matter how hard he gets every time he’s with Jenna, he still knows she isn’t the type to enjoy either of his favorite pastimes—MMA fighting and BDSM. What he really needs to do is get her out of his system so he can move on.

But things don’t work out as planned for either Jenna or Mason. Every time they are together, the heat rises. Neither of them is capable of turning the flames down. Jenna proves to be far less vanilla at heart, shocking herself as well as Mason. The fighting is almost more than she can handle, but when Mason takes her to his club, Extreme, she finds herself titillated beyond what either of them expected.

Just when things are looking up, Jenna’s family enters the picture to rock the boat. Can their relationship survive the extreme turbulence? Secrets are one thing, but Jenna has a pile she wished she never had to divulge.

My Thoughts
What really pissed me off was how Masons made Jenna and himself go to a family dinner with Jenna's estranged parents even after she told him that she didn't want to. Just because you have a dream of what parents are like doesn't mean that all parents are nice and lovely

BECCA JAMESON WRITES VERY NICE SMUT! Steam factor is off the charts for this one. I love how Mason makes her squirt for the first time, though it doesn't happen again after that....anyhoo, Mason is one helluva sexy dom who is on the more dominant, possessive and cocky side as compared to Rafe. Still, this was an enjoyable read. We get a lil bit of drama which I didn't think was that big of a thing...

First of all, I didn't like how Katie and Rafe warned Jenna and Mason away from each other so many times. I could understand one warning, but after that they need to make their own decisions. I hated how Katie scolded Jenna like a child when she found out that Jenna and Mason had had an encounter. I just feel that both of then are adults, and they shouldn't decide what Jenna can and can't handle within the lifestyle.

Second, I thought there would be more of a BDSM element. Mason made such a big deal about how it was his life. But he let Jenna lead sometimes, let it slide when she talked and didn't call him sir. The only thing that was a little different was him tying her up. But they really didn't even do anything at the club, but watch. They didn't even participate even though Mason made such a big deal about it.

And the conflict between Jenna and her family was ridiculous. They made it seem like she had so much baggage. And she did to some extent. But I thought it was silly how it played out. They were so concerned about the family image, but they way they attempted to get her back into the fold would be an embarrassment itself when it came out.

I had these negative points, but overall the book was ok. The sex was ok. I liked how they didn't fight the feelings all that hard. I liked the instant attraction between the two.

I read this book in 2 days! I love the series so far too.

Okay so after reading Perv, why did it move so fast? That's how I felt after reading the book. It moved very fast for me.

I also didn't like how everyone painted Jenna as all "innocent" and didn't think she would like the world of BDSM.

Come on, people need to stop looking at some and judging them by what they know about them! That makes me angry.

I did like how Mason slowly introduced Jenna into his world and she was honest about his MMA fight that she didn't like.

I do wish Jenna had yelled at her friend Katy when she saw her and Rafe acting out a scene at the in but she didn't!

I do love the story but wish they were some things that were changed.

Overall it's a great book and I love it! Just slow it down a little.

4.5 Stars. This story was much better than the first in this series and I really liked the first one. This story was just what it was. No angst, no twists, very little drama. This story was definitely HOT though! Mason and Jenna brought out the best in each other and gave each other what they did not know they needed. I loved that Mason kept sending Jenna flowers from here own shop (even though he wasn't a flowers and chocolate kind of guy). If you are looking for hot sexiness with a good story line and nothing too crazy in between, this is a perfect choice.

Of course the first book was better however, this one was good also. This book didn't have the trials and tribulations as the first but it did have its own little adventure between the hero and the heroine, but they get it together eventually.

3.7- Cute

Mason Simmons, accountant by day; amateue MMA fighter by night; Dom 24/7
Jenna Mathews, flower shop owner; very vanilla girl with a ton of personal baggage

Since the moment they set eyes on one another, neither Mason nor Jenna seem to havw been in their right minds. Warned off each other, at every turn by their best friends, has done nothing to reduce their sizzling attraction. Mason intoduces Jenna to his worlds of MMA and D/s. She can't wrap her head around the fighting but his BDSM world has her set on fire. When an opportunity arises to meet her family Mason jumps on it even though Jenna tries to warn him off. What follows goes far beyond the terrible picture Jenna painted of her family. Narrowly saving her from her parent's last ditch effort to bring her line line, Mason finally sees that blood isn't what makes a family. Love is and he does love Jenna more than he ever thought possible.

Two for Two

BDSM Many think they know what the lifestyle is like. Many writers think they know how to portray it. Not so much.

But Ms. Jameson isn't one of those writers.

Mason and Jenna are happy when their best friends get married. The couple is totally right for each other. But they've both been warned not to get involved with each other.

Jenna loves her shop. She loves being her own woman. But she has a past full of secrets she doesn't want anyone to know.

Mason is comfortable in his own skin. His job as an accountant pays the bills. His MMA fighting and his fetish club take care of most of his stressor.

But meeting Jenna and getting to know her rocks his world. And he seems able to rock hers. But will their opposite worlds attract....or collide??

I enjoyed this installment in The Fight Club series. I didn't enjoy it as much as the first one for some reason though. I liked Jenna but I didn't emotionally relate to her. I did however, love Mason's character and I adored his personality. I even enjoyed the whole plot with Jenna's family. I just felt that it was resolved a little too quickly at the end and I wish we would have been given more. I liked getting to see the other members of The Fight Club and I'm really looking forward to getting to know each of them further. Especially Rider.

Mason and Jenna are a strong couple with good chemistry, hot sex and a decent storyline. This book starts out like the first a member of the fight club meets his one true love afraid to reveal he is a mma fighter and Dom and yada yada yada. The back story of Jenna's family added a weird twist that I didn't think the story needed but I'm not the author..shruggs!
All in all good book with good characters, continued characters throughout and epilogue!

I liked this better than the first, but it still seems like it's missing something without having much MMA action even though the main guys are all MMA fighters. Jenna and Mason were great together even though Rafe and Katy tried to stop them from getting together initially. The conflict was a bit of a stretch, but definitely plausible. I listened to the Audible version of this and thought it was very well done.

I read the first installment in this series a couple years ago and was not sure that I would continue with the series. I was able to get my hands on this book, and I will say that I wish that I continued the series then. I very much enjoyed this book more than the last for various reasons-one being the pace of the story. The steam factor is not to be ignored here though because it was quite enjoyable. I do not regret reading!!!

I really liked this book but my pet peeve is not having a proofreader spell check can't fix everything. Twice Rafe's name is mistakenly used instead of Mason & once for Katy's & Jenna's name. Also there were some mix up with he and she or him and her. I dislike having to read a sentence or paragraph over & over to figure out who really is the subject or doing the talking.

I really liked this book. I really liked Jenna, she is strong but knows how to let go. Mason is not really a perv, but he can be an ass. He does make up for it though. I liked the story, and read the book in one day. I received this book free for an honest review.

Well written

Ms Jameson has created a book that centers about the story of a young woman who has been the object of her parents obsession and their situations. The main character finds the help of the man named in the title.

Reads like old-school kink romance. A lot of explaining and protocol stuff (I hate it when the dom makes the heroine look down and she's not allowed to speak, so unsexy) and the kink stuff is time and light as if the author were afraid to delve deeper. C

Look, something about getting down and dirty with a new partner and they bring up past partners or compare you/your features to other people they've slept with that really turns me off from the on page character.

I thought her secret would be way worse, like the mafia or something. Also, him going on and on about how he can't resist her body, I wanted to ask, is that all?

I received this book in exchange for an honest review. I started reading it immediately and couldn’t put it down. I was so absorbed by the story and the actions of Jenna and Mason were so enticing that the moment I woke up this morning I had to read the rest. I loved the story, I was curious about the secrets of Jenna, because those were revealed towards the end. It was a hot and sexy love-story within the scenes of fighting and BDSM. About the book: Jenna has to make sure her best friend’s wedding is perfect in every way. As the maid of honour and also the florist she needs to keep on task. She is in no way prepared for the sexiest best man, who slides into place at the last second for the wedding rehearsal. He managed to fluster her and turn her world around before the night is over. But Jenna isn’t ready for his world, and besides, she has family issues to deal with and has no interest in divulging the truth about who she really is.
Mason, on the other hand, can’t believe he is falling for a vanilla woman at his best friend’s wedding of all places. Both bride and groom warn him to stay away from the maid of honour, he isn’t able to keep his hands to himself. He knows she isn’t his type to enjoy his favourite pastimes, MMA fighting and BDSM. He needs to get her out of his system, but things don’t work out that way for either Jenna or Mason. Jenna proves to be far less vanilla at heart and shocking herself as well as Mason. Then the secrets of her family come out and can they overcome all the secrets and turbulence?

This is only for mature readers.
Well, in my review of 'Come' the first book, I said that I am not a fan of BDSM and that I may possibly not finish reading this book.
I did finish this and while the jury is still out about whether or not I liked where the book ended, the majority of the story spoke of a man who might want to adapt what he does to get the girl he wants. This, I really liked. So often we read about the girl who has no choice but to fall in with his lifestyle because he cannot possibly be expected to change but she must. (See I just cannot get that dislike out of my system.)
Jenna is a strong girl and I like that she didn't just give in and submit to Mason. His forceful nature and the way that he steamrolled into her complicated family relationship without allowing her decisions to matter, really angered me. His defense of her and quick thinking on Monday morning did redeem him slightly.
As I said, I did read this to the end but do not particularly like how it ended. I doubt whether I will read any of the other books in the series as I am sure that the BDSM scene will just get more prominent and if I don't even like this one's ending, I doubt I will like where the other men take their new women.
BUT, if BDSM and Dom/sub relationships are your thing, I am sure you will like this series as the characters are really likable.

Well, this story was just OK for me. I definitely liked the first one a bit more.

So why 3 stars?

Well, although it is sweet, sexy and fun, I felt it was kind of boring. Nothing much really occurred. For the excitement the 1st one put us through, I really expected this one to deliver at least the same or almost the same kind of features.
I also didn't like the h from the previous book at all. I felt she turned into a different person. She was very bossy and controlling of the h's ideas of the H. I felt like she treated the h like she was an invalid that couldn't make up her own mind about her OWN life. All the parts that included her were SUPER annoying. ALL of them.
Also, I didn't really get the title. Perv? I don't think it applies to this hero at all.
And finally, I felt like the big *problem* that happened toward the end was silly. It felt like the author just wanted something exciting to happen, so she just threw in something random to cause a ruckus and then, it was over.

So, with all that said, I do recommend this series. The first was much better than this one. I am excited for # 3, hopefully it's more exciting and has less annoying females.

A very fitting title. I love the storytelling abilities of this author. Her weaving of the storyline, with intimacy, drama, sex, mix in a bit of MMA, more sex, a bit of kink, and its just fabulous! Another book of hers I've previously read, just finished, and realized I hadn't left a review. My bad. You will get hooked on this author. I did. If you are going to read this series, do yourself a favor, and read in order, it makes some bits of the story flow better. However, as a stand alone, its just awesome!!!

This was a good love story about Jenna and Mason. They met at their best friends wedding rehearsal. Mason was warned to steer clear of Jenna because she had issues and she may not be into his BDSM world. They end up really liking each other while he teaches her how to be his sub. She teaches him how to be a awesome boyfriend outside of the club. I like the characters in this story and the story line was good as well. Good Read.

I actually enjoyed this one more than _Come_, despite it's similarities. I did get a little bored with the plot repetition from the first one. But the characterization more than made up for it. This one was sassy and fun. Totally worth a re-read. If possible, the sex scenes were even hotter.

I did wonder why we were doing the tax accountant/MMA fighter/Dom thing again. Like I said, though...I didn't mind.
