Wreck Itall is haunted by his past, and by his destiny in the mountains he has decided to call home. His mentor has been waiting to see which side he will choose—good, or evil—but Wreck himself doesn't know that answer quite yet. He is the newest member of the Fastlander Crew, but they are very different from him. It is safest for everyone if he remains an outsider. If the Crew knew how dangerous he really is, they wouldn’t have ever let him pledge. No one can stop him. No one can tame the monster inside of him. No one can break down his carefully-constructed walls…until he meets Timber. The quirky beauty has a dark destiny of her own, and awakens something inside of him that can never be released onto the world. Wreck knows it is safer to stay away from her because she is human, and has no idea what destruction is coming for Wreck and his Crew. It's not fair to put a human in the middle of the war that has been building for so long, but he can't seem to leave her alone. All he knows is that she brings out a side of him that could be the end of the world, and will absolutely be the end of Wreck. She dredges up the monster.
Timber Harris has a decision to make that she wouldn’t wish on anyone. She’s in search of a sign. After a chance meeting with an unlikely hero, she is feeling the winds of positive change finally shift in her direction. Wreck is abrasive and closed-off. He’s a shifter, and she’s never been exposed to shifters before. To the outside world, he is uncaring and cold and dangerous, but with her, in moments of vulnerability, she can see the man he could be. He’s dominant and fiercely protective, but she can drag a smile from him, and that feels important. She can see him slowly growing a heart. Timber is falling fast, but the closer she feels to him, the more distance he tries to create. A therapist by day, Timber knows exactly what to do to break down those walls. The more she learns about him, the more she realizes humans really don’t know anything about the chaos that is happening in the shifter world.
War has come to Damon’s Mountains. Wreck is the biggest weapon they have, if only he can control his fire. His destiny was always to become the biggest villain Damon’s Mountains has ever known. Timber’s destiny is to stop him.
Expect the unexpected in this epic finale in T. S. Joyce’s monster-hit Fastlander series, where action-adventure and colossal world-building meet love stories that will tug at your heart for years to come.
****Content Explicit spicy love scenes, naughty language, and piles of sexy shifter secrets. Shifter animal battles and wars for territory lines show up in most of these books, which includes action adventure and violence. Intended for mature audiences.
T.S. Joyce is devoted to bringing hot shifter romances to readers. Hungry alpha males are her calling card, and the wilder the men, the more she'll make them pour their hearts out. She werebear swears there'll be no swooning heroines in her books. It takes tough-as-nails women to handle the shifters of Bear Valley.
She lives in a tiny town, outside of a tiny city, and devotes her life to writing big stories. Foodie, bear whisperer, ninja, thief of tiny bottles of awesome smelling hotel shampoo, nap connoisseur, movie fanatic, and zombie slayer, and most of this bio is true.
Bear Shifters? Check Smoldering Alpha Hotness? Double Check Sexy Scenes? Fasten up your girdles, ladies and gents, it's gonna to be a wild ride.
There is something unique and magical woven into the books by T. S. Joyce and Fastlander Phoenix is no exception. I’ve been looking forward to Wreck’s book. He has been a well hidden and mysterious character throughout this series. We’ve seen glimpses of his caring side toward the girls and also his destruction. A truly tortured soul wrestling with his inner animal in a way we have not seen sense perhaps meeting Vyr or Kane. Wreck’s mate, Timber is a strong female character with her own demons. Wreck and Timber’ relationship heal parts in each other that bring peace and strength to them individually. They are a power couple, creating an entirely new source of healing to Damon’s Mountains. This book had me gasping at the turn of events during the Holland Pride War. I was seconds from throwing my phone (with the Kindle app) down in an emotional reaction. It hurt in ways I can’t describe. I reminded myself to trust the author. She knew what she was doing. The turn of events was unexpected and powerful. It didn’t disappoint. I was extremely happy with the ending and these two characters, Wreck and Timber, are going to be fun to watch as they handle what is coming next. I can’t recommend this book enough. You don’t need to have read the previous Damon Mountain books to enjoy this one. Though, you will definitely want to because you won’t be able to get enough of the characters.
I absolutely loved reading Wreck and Timber’s story. This will go down as my absolute favourite book of the series and probably the best by TS Joyce…so much emotion that even I was crying while reading which doesn’t happen often😭🙃
That ending was the best and I’m so excited for the direction the author is taking with the next book and looking forward to the spooky surprise👻🎃
This is the fifth book in the Fastlanders series. Wreck is feels like he is losing it. The war is coming and he doesn't know if he will help or hurt everyone. He feels like his animal is a curse and like he has no control. Then there are Lucia's predictions. Timber is a sweet girl who has had it hard. She really only has her sister and things can be strained there too. Then she meets Wreck. He saves her from a car accident. They are drawn to each other. Timber activates a new power for Wreck. But is it his power or hers? Wreck wants to stay away from her to protect her but keeps being drawn back to her. He knows what that means but is still worried about it. Timber can't believe how fast she is falling for Wreck. She is a therapist and knows what he is trying to do. But she helps him in ways he never thought possible. She understands him and just accepts him. She helps him understand and accept himself as well. Wreck helps Timber as well with her family and all the crap there. Her family has pushed her out and made her feel like she has no place. Wreck gives her the family she has always wanted and builds her up. The war is coming and how will Timber fit in with that? Wreck and Timber and fantastic characters. I can't wait to read the next series and read more about them. This book was moving. I felt for the characters so much. T.S. Joyce is a fantastic author. She always makes me wish I could be friends with the people in real life. This book feels like it is a huge deal for Damon's Mountain. I couldn't put this book down. I can't recommend this book or any the T.S. Joyce's books enough. Fantastic job.
I was so excited for this one. The storyline really picks up as everything prophesized begins to fall into place, but Timber was the least convincing therapist/psychologist in existence. I get that all the characters in the author’s books pretty much talk the same and normally that doesn’t bother me so much, but when you pick a distinctive profession they shouldn’t talk the same as a tradie or a hairdresser or a preschool teacher etc. And she was just so emotionally stunted. It felt like you could have swapped both MCs out for literally any other MCs from any of her other books and the story would have stayed pretty much the same, and it really shouldn’t do that. The declarations are feeling very sameish, but at least this one left out the usual scars talk. I get it, you like your women treated like queens. I do too usually, but some variation is nice. The action is on the grander scale and does happen pretty quickly and the ending sets up for a new series to follow on. It does have a number of scenes with the wider crew, which is where I think these books always shine, because the found family is always on point. There’s a lot of destruction, but also a lot of healing.
Wreck Itall wasn’t supposed to exist. He thought his destiny was destruction and loneness.
Would have loved to see Timber take on the she-lion that tricked her so she could flex her "I'm Tough" muscle after being pushed around so much, but she saved the entire mountain ⛰️ so there!!
It was a great balance bringing everything together, the couple together, guys bringing Wreck into the fold. Owen lightning the mood in the aftermath of the battle. Lucia's vicions throughout the series and ultimately, THE BATTLE!!
Me trying to read through tearful lashes was so worth it! Great job 👏🏾 T.S. Joyce! I KNEW Wreck's story would hit!! How could the Phoenix & his mate not? You flew too close to the sun, taking out Damon, but it was so worth it in the end!
Just when I began to despair.... Wreck’s Mountains Coming soon!! ❤️
🤔 "She is the Darke" Coming October 2024 (well, it's October!! Where is it??)
Genre: fantasy romance shifters Troupe: Instalove Spice Level:🌶🌶 Possible Triggers: 0️⃣ Tissues:🤧🤧
I said what I said and as always: don't take my word for it. Read the book, form your own opinions, and support your authors!
This is such an amazing book. I will definitely read this and the series again! I love Wreck and Timber as a couple. Their relationship was genuine and had so many sweet moments that brought out all the feels. They had some fun banter also. The romance side of this book was great and I enjoyed it a lot. I also enjoyed the action and the conclusion of the war with the Holland lion pack that’s been building and developing in this series. It was a great ending that also brought out the feels. I also liked how characters from previous books are a part of this book and series. The epilogue was super cool and I can’t wait for the next series to come. Looks like it’ll be with a bunch of even more badasses to make it exciting. I highly recommend this book and series. You don’t want to miss it!!
Woo boy! This book got my emotions all worked up. Timber's relationship with her family was heartbreaking and so was Wreck's. I just wanted to jump into this book to give them a big hug and then tell off her family while I was at it. Every single book this wonderful woman writes always sends me on an emotional roller coaster, but being back in Damon's Mountains is really something special. Seeing so many of my favorite characters was amazing.
Not to give anything away, but the battle at the end was straight FIRE and had my heart racing, then I was crying from devastation, then crying some more with happy tears. T.S. Joyce did it again and left my heart so full & happy by the end. I can't wait to see where the next spin-off takes us.
What an absolutely fantastic book. This book got me from the first page (as do all TSJ books) but I couldn’t put this down. I had to finish it. It was brilliant and moving and funny. I loved that we had had glimpses throughout the Fastlander books of beloved Damon’s Mountains. These characters have become cherished to me & I absolutely love what TS Joyce has done with this series end - it always gives us a new beginning. If you’ve not read this crew series yet. Please please go back to the beginning of Damon’s Mountains, to the parents, to Lumberjack wearbear (Tagens book) you’ll not regret it. There’s a whole world here that you’ll seriously want to immerse yourself in.
Oh. My. Gosh. I thought I was prepared. You may think you're prepared. I assure you, you're not.
Damon's Mountains are home for me. They are where I run when I'm sick, when I'm tired, when I need to heal.
I honestly think, that as of now since I know she's not done writing, this is my all time favorite book of the DM series.
It starts as a normal TS Joyce book, and then you realize it's longer. Wrecks' story is absolutely phenomenally written. The backstory, the love, the twists and turns you see coming...and those you don't. This is definitely a must read!
Oh my goodness you have done it again TS Joyce! I have liked all your books. I have loved most of them, but I think this is my absolute favorite book. It is fantastic and I can’t wait for what comes next. If you have never read T.S. Joyce’s books I encourage you to just pick up one. Start at the beginning of Damon’s mountains, and you will fall in love just like the rest of us who follow her faithfully! I started with Lumberjack Werebear of the Saw bear series. That was it I was hooked. Then I went back and read everything else I found of hers! I promise on 1010 you won’t be disappointed
You laugh, you cry, you definitely feel the characters. As always TS gets you immersed in her world and the lives of her characters. Wreck and Timber are so dysfunctional, but fit each other so well. Right from the start they work. The end of this series and the beginning of a new one. Hopefully all of Damon's Mountains show up in Wreck's crew. from time to time. It wouldn't be a Crew book without them. Wreck and Timber have their work cut out for them, and the Shifters heading their way. Never can get enough of TS books, and always consider them well worth my time and $$. I know you will think so too!
Wow. This story hit all the feels and was an emotional rollercoaster. Wreck and Timber were meant for each other and she brings out a side to him that no one has ever seen. As a Phoenix he's all fire and annihilation but with Timber his red turns into green healing flames. The battle scene with the Holland Lions and their allies is epic and the destruction from the Phoenix is terrifying. Timber's love and devotion save the day and between she and Wreck they bring everyone back but the cost is devastating. I couldn't stop reading. It's an excellent story and I highly recommend it.
I've bought every book T. S. Joyce has ever published, and I must say, this book has been probably my favorite book of all. I adored Wreck, (Josiah) and Timber. The only thing that disappointed me about this story was how easily Timber fell for the lies of a patient she'd only seen once, and believed an enemy, without giving Wreck even a chance to defend himself. And nearly got herself killed. And I didn't like how Damon gave him a crew so far away from all her new family on Damon's Mountains. But I can't WAIT for Wreck's Mountains. I feel like it's gonna be one helluva ride!!!! Now, onto She Is The Darke!!!
T.S. Joyce is always a joy to read. I love her imagination and the way she weaves her stories. I loved this series, but I had a slight issue that bugged me.
Spoiler: Wreck takes Timer on a hike, up a mountain, to meet his mom. How did his mom get there? She had made a ton of food for this occasion. No way could she have hiked with everything unless she was an experienced hiker. If she drove where were the roads? It sounded like it was not paved or accessible for vehicles. Just a tiny plot point that bugged me. Overall, Good story! Looking forward to the stories about the shifters in his new crew.
This is book five in the Fastlanders series and it’s an entertaining wild ride for sure. Gunner is the Alpha and is actually friends with Wrech and would like to help him. Gunner and Damon are trying to bring in the Phoenix shifter. Wreck had some traumatic experiences in his life that shook him to his core. Wreck and his animal feel like a destroyer and has his father’s ghost haunting him. Luckily for Wreck he meets this beautiful woman named Timber. She changes him and his animal recognizes Timber as their mate. She is a therapist but carries so much baggage from abuse from her family. There is a happy ending. Read On!
Wreck is set to be the ending but Timber is the the new direction. He fights being a member of the Fastlander crew because of the raw power he possesses and tries to deny that Timber is his mate. Damon's mountain is headed to war and the excitement in this book is high level while also touching on the bond of the crews. Great story with a few twists that were quite unexpected! Really looking forward to more stories about the special world created by T.S. Joyce.
TS Joyce can always be relied on for a fast paced shifter romance. Her MMCs are a little broken and the FMCs are strong, and have no fear of the scary shifter.
This book doesn't disappoint. Wreck and Timber are a great couple, discovering they're stronger together. There are some funny lines and also some devastating sections before they get to their HEA. Yes, I cried.
I love how TS Joyce brings in many of the characters from previous books so we have a giant, slightly dysfunctional family.
I can't express all the feelings that are swirling around in mind right now. The story is that good and a fitting end and start of a crew that I have come to love reading. Must read people! You will enjoy it all and we have the big finally at the end. Wow, you have done a great job T S Joyce, the best to you always for given us these fantastic characters and hours of enjoyment reading. I can wait for the next one. Get with the flame and burn up the pages people, you will not be disappointed. Peace out!
"FASTLANDER" Spin off Damon’s Mountains Universe - WARLANDERS SERIES : 1.Fastlander Fury - ✅ 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 2.Fastlander Fallen - ✅ 4,5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 3.Fastlander Fealty - ✅ 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.Fastlander Fighter - ✅ 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.Fastlander Phoenix - ✅WRECK'S book THE BEST ! 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The Great Bear leads the chosen ones to new Mountains. This is raising the bar higher. However, the new leader will be able to cope, after all, he can burn the entire world. Damn if this isn't the best introduction to the new series. There's nothing left to do but wait 🥰👍
This one got interesting fast! Wreck was a wreck, but not in the way he thought. It was fun to see Timber come into his life and things change, for the better. He learned about himself, helped Timber put most of her family in the rear view window and fought with everyone in the war. The war got crazy! I liked how Timber even got to play a role, one that was quite significant. The future that Wreck and Timber now have should be just as interesting as their start, they'll handle it no problem as long as they are together.

Pins & needles waiting for this final book of Fastlanders. I highly recommend this author and all prior to current books/series. If you're new to T.S. Joyce; prepare to absolutely fall in love with each new book and the crazy awesome characters you're about to meet. This author and her brilliant mind got me addicted to reading "Shifter Romance". Wonderful wrap up of a great crew & a much anticipated segue into a whole new direction/series. I can't wait. Happy Reading
Without a doubt, the best T S Joyce book I’ve read. What an amazing story, Wreck…Josiah and Timber! What a fabulous book! This book is the end of the Fastlanders, and the beginning of a new crew for Damon’s mountain. This story was intricately plotted, it was poignant, funny, loving, sexy, I mean hot sexy and intense. Omg, my heart was pounding through the final five chapters of this book. What an amazing read. T S Joyce has truly outdone herself. Fantastic!!!!
I have been a fan of Damon's Mountains since the beginning, but I think this one is my all time favorite! Wreck is a monster, but even a monster has bad AND good in him. Timber has her own issues, but I adore her character. She reminds me a little bit of Willa Barnes with some of her silliness. This story is amazing! There is love and brutality and a beautiful journey for 2 people to find themselves. The journey Wreck and Timber take to be together is beautiful, awakening, scary and just amazing. I can't wait for the next book! RECOMMENDED
Last book in this series, but like all book from this Author you just move to another mountain with one known past character and away we go on another journey. This book nearly have me anxiety, I thought she was going to kill everyone off (you just never know with these authors, trickster), Wreak gets his story with love, but we will see him again and his sweet mate. I'm always sad when a Damions mountain series ends.love the deeply sad journey, but with humour and loyalty storylines.
Wreck and Timbers journey was intense and great! This story towards the end made me cry. It will move you. The author brought lots of the other characters from the other series to come in to play, which was good! For me, this story redeemed the entire series of the Fastlanders.
The plot was well developed this time around. Now we will have a new series to look forward to and I hope this author's new stories get back to being as good as Wrecks story and hopefully longer too!
Every book that t s Joyce writes is brilliant because her imagination brings you in and makes it all believable. Wrek and Embers tale was longer than usual but I still didn’t want it to end, that is the proof of a good book, some you want to get to the end but not this one. So pleased that though the Fastlander series has finished there’s another to replace it and more of Wrek and Ember.
Fastlander Pheonix (Fastlanders book 5) by TS Joyce is a 5 ⭐️ read. Another amazing book from this author, if you’ve never fell in love with a fictional man then I suggest you read a TS Joyce book as there’s so many men to choose from all a little broken inside waiting for that special someone to make them whole again and Wreck was no different he’s knocked every other T’s males down my list to make him my number 2 favourite (after Beaston who will always have my heart ❤️)
Wreck is in one very special shifter, one very dangerous shifter…And Timber is the only one who can bring out the good in him! Their first meeting isn’t a good one but it was so impactful they Wreck couldn’t stay away. They are draw to one another; being together is powerful in so many ways. Such a great story I don’t want to give too much away. As always T has written an amazing book.
