Der dritte Band beschäftigt sich mit den Folgen aus dem zweiten Band, . Die vorsichtig angedeuteten Sollbruchstellen der Kids untereinander, brechen immer stärker auf. Die Ursache sind dabei nicht Konflikte untereinander, sondern die Rucksäcke, mit denen jede/jeder von ihnen durch das Leben gehen muss. Der dritte Band beleuchtet dabei in Rückblenden insbesondere die Beziehungen der Kids zu ihren Eltern.
Während der zweite Band recht „actionreich“ war, liegt der Schwerpunkt im dritten Band mehr auf den psychologischen Aspekt. Als Leser|in fühlt man sich mit in die moralische Ausweglosigkeit der Konstellation hinunter gezogen. Mit dem dritten Band ist die Immersion des Lesers|der Leserin in die Story gelungen.
Einmal mehr hinterlässt aber die phasenweise pubertären, grenzwertigen Darstellungen der Frauenfiguren einen schalen Nachgeschmack – zumal sie diesmal auch noch recht prominent am Ende des Bandes vorkommen.

Il livello continua a mantenersi piuttosto alto... Vuoi vedere che... Io mi ostino a leggere shojo e magari il genere che più mi si addice è un altro?!
Buona parte del volume è dedicata all'occultamento del cadavere di Akira. Solo verso la fine c'è un grande passa avanti nelle indagini dei quattro amici rimasti, che li porta in contatto con la comunità di senzatetto della loro città.
Non vedo l'ora di continuare. Con una serie del genere è dura limitarsi a un volume al giorno. E difatti...

A weird mix and match of different genres, while also having a couple clichés this series is pretty addictive and fun.
While I felt the second volume dragged a bit, the third definitely picks up and definotely got my full attention by the end.

This story just gets more and more intriguing! The anonymous blackmailer has seemingly disappeared after all they have put the group through and tensions are high as the realisation of what has happened hits. While covering up their misdeeds, the group of five teens are more than ever determined to find out what is going on and who exactly the phone guy is. It’s an emotional ride with a few cliches but interesting none the less. And the ending completely blindsided me! Just a little warning that this story is graphic and does involve a lot of gory imagery, ab*se, emotional torment, and s*xual references that some may be sensitive to. I’m really enjoying this series so far and cannot wait to see where the story goes!

December 31, 2017I definitely reached the point of fatigue with this manga. I'll probably skip ahead a bit to check out the current volume releasing in Japan, just because I'm curious about the end game.
I don't know how many volumes are planned, but I expected this to be the final one, but now I know there are 3 more after this. =/
