I’ve crushed on him since I was a child. Athletic. Gorgeous. Surfer. I was his best friend’s annoying little sister. When my parents sent me to live in Australia, I didn’t think I would ever see him again But fate had a way of crossing our paths.
Alex
When my father died, my brothers and I discovered we were adopted. Now I’m going back to my birthplace, Australia; where I don’t know a soul…except Lea. She was all kinds of awkward and frizzy red hair when we were kids. But now, her beautiful curves and auburn mane are straight out of old Hollywood. As I discover, she holds a key to my past. But she’s in a dangerous game.
And I am determined to protect her and keep our baby safe.
Hi, I'm Molly! I love to write contemporary billionaire romance with a noble twist.
After years developing business strategy, branding, and reputation management for some of the world’s largest companies, I am pursuing my dream of being a romance writer. Every book is a standalone story with a HEA ending”
“I love the psychological motivation behind the characters and exploring the emotional, intimate sides of relationships."
Few novels reach the heart of the reader and the heart of the novel’s message in the first pages, but Go Deeper, Molly Sloan’s continuing romance trilogy (but each novel is a stand-alone read) achieves this challenge. The novel allows the reader to explore the pull of romantic love—a man and woman’s desire to mate, and the equally strong pull of the heart of a parent for a child—both a child of the body and a child of the heart. In the opening pages of the novel, the reader meets the Elliot family—mother, Susie, and sons Caleb, Alex and Eden—who have gathered after the death of husband and father, Gordon, to hear his recorded loving farewell, a financial challenge/opportunity for his sons and the most unexpected news—that all three deeply loved and desired sons, were adopted. Gordon, in the video, assures his sons of the love he and Susie have for their boys, but also of the desire of adoptive parents that their sons meet and understand their birth mothers and their country of birth (each son came from a different mother and a different country). The financial “opportunity” is linked to each son’s inheritance motivated by Gordon and Susie’s desire that their sons give back to their country of origin, and for Alex that place is Australia.
As he prepares to leave for his unexpected search for his birth mother, his best friend and fellow surfing enthusiast,David, asks Alex to look up his little sister, Lea, who left California after the surfing death of her high school boyfriend, Charlie, to “study abroad” her senior year, and who had been living with her aunt. For the sake of his friendship with David, Alex grudgingly agrees to look Lea up, remembering her as a pesky middle schooler who bugged the two older boys. The full story, which neither Alex nor anyone else ever heard, is that Lea’s move abroad was at the insistence of her minister father seeking to hide the family’s "shame"—Lea was pregnant with Charlie’s baby. With the support of her aunt, Lea and baby Charlie, named for his father, not only survived in Australia, they flourished. Lea graduated from high school and went on to acquire her undergraduate and masters’ degrees at university in marine biology under the guiding eye of Dr. Jane Teeley, her mentor. Now, Lea serves as director Dr. Teeley’s NPO, The Reef Project.
Molly Sloane demonstrates her understanding of her reader’s wishes—a HEA ending and a carefully constructed, realistic plot, where with “all the twists and turning …you can’t know the outcome of the actions;” where the characters don’t always follow their heart or their logic, but follow their “gut,” because “it’s about trusting your instincts.” I especially enjoyed the author's inclusion of contemporary issues such as the threats impacting the ocean reefs. With these guiding concepts, this romance is a delightful reading experience that leaves the reader smiling!

This story covers the middle Elliot son, Alex, who at 25 is to access the details of his Australian birth to earn his $1 billion inheritance if he can find a way to help his birth country. His father wants each of his sons to get over themselves, their materialistic and short-sighted pleasures, and give back to the world through helping with something worthwhile. Alex will be allotted one year to develop a financial benefit plan with his biological parents to accomplish this. Alex heads to Australia – urged by his mother and best friend to get in touch with Lea, his best friend’s sister who is currently living in Australia. He recalls how annoying the scrawny little kid was when he knew her, following them around constantly. But he reluctantly agrees to contact her.
Lea Carlson’s story was that she had gotten pregnant when she was 17. Her parents wanted her to give the child up, but she chose to raise him in Australia on her own. She is a marine biologist leading “The Reef Project”, an effort to save the Great Barrier Reef. Almost a quarter of all marine life depends on coral reefs for food and shelter, yet the damage to the reef is severe and ongoing. When Lea and Alex meet again, instead of the little pest Alex remembered her to be, he finds a confident woman who knows what matters most and what must be done to fix it. Can Alex become the man his father envisioned and perhaps help the funding of Lea’s worthy project? Will this be enough to align their goals and let them begin to see that the two of them make a great team after all?
This is a good story with characters who have had to grow up and look outside of their own surroundings to provide something better for those beyond themselves. Lea has met her challenge in raising her son on her own and becoming a strong woman who is ready to give herself over to important work to save the coral reefs. Alex is given the opportunity to make a difference if he can look beyond himself and see how he can help. Is he ready for a life-changing event like this? Is he ready for a new direction and change of focus? Grab your copy and find out where his destiny will take him.
Alex and his brothers Caleb and Eden discover they were all adopted after their father dies and leaves a will and stipulations for them to receive their inheritance. Alex goes to Australia, the country of his birth mother and where his best friend David lives. David has a younger sister Lea. Lea has grown up into a pretty woman. Alex and Lea have chemistry but fight it at first because of David. The couple eventually end up together. Alex finds out a shocking secret and goes off to deal with it. When Alex returns, things get interesting with Lea and their life as a couple. A good read.

Author Molly Sloan's "Billionaire Elements Series" draws readers into the lives of the three Elliot brothers, Caleb, Alex, and Eden. Upon the death of their wealthy father, the brothers are shocked to learn that each of them was adopted, and each has a different country of birth. Even more unsettling is their father's edict on how they are to proceed in order to receive the lion's share of their inheritance. When each son reaches the age of twenty-five, he will be given the full information of his birth circumstances, and he will have one year to devise a worthy financial benefit plan for his country of heritage. "GO DEEPER", Book 2 in the series, is middle son Alex's story, and he will travel to Australia on his journey of discovery. Many surprises await him there--not the least of which is reconnecting with his best friend's younger sister Lea, who had moved to Australia years ago and become a marine biologist. No longer the awkward annoying girl whom he had thought of as an absolute pest, Lea is now a gorgeous, confident woman who takes his breath away. Sit back, relax and enjoy a lazy day reading a storyline that lures you in.
Alex just got the shock of his life. Upon his dad’s death, he learns he was adopted. His dad’s will has Alex going to his birthplace to find his biological mother and do something that will help his birth country….something big. He has to develop a plan, activate that plan and present it to his deceased dad’s board of directors for approval. After all this, if he's successful, he getshis billion dollar inheritance. So off to Australia he goes, to plan his work and work his plan. He never knew how emotional that would be, how life changing it would be. This fun-loving, irresponsible surfer boy has to become a man.
Lea is strong. She had to be. At 17, she was in love. Call it puppy love or something else. She’ll never know. His name was Charlie and he loved her too. But one tragic day, Charlie was gone. He died in a surfing incident. The wave was just too strong. He never knew he was to be a father.
Lea’s parents sent her away. No scandal for them. Her parents wouldn't be humiliated by having a pregnant, unmarried daughter. She was sent across the sea to Australia. She's scared, pregnant and still in high school. With her Aussie aunt’s help, she overcame so many obstacles. Like I said. She was strong. She also was smart. She finished her education, became a marine biologist, and was a loving mother.
Now you know the backstory…. but that’s only the start. It’s the struggles and feels of making all this come together that keeps you turning the pages. Yes, sometimes, dreams do come true.

This was a sweet story that tugs at your heart. It’s the second book in the series but unfortunately I haven’t read book #1.
Alex Elliot found out he was adopted and his father’s last request was that each of his 3 sons seek out their biological parents and set up a plan that will benefit their country of origin. Alex finds himself in Australia where Lea, his best friend’s sister, happens to reside. His mother and best friend insist that he call Lea and get together while he’s in Australia. All he remembers about her is how annoying she was, always following them around and how nerdy her appearance was. Reluctantly, he agrees. This should be interesting.
Lea Carlson was excommunicated to Australia by her parents when she got pregnant at 17. Told to give the baby up for adoption, she instead decided to keep the child and raise him in Australia. Being a single mother has proven to be very tough but she’s made it work and is now a marine biologist heading up The Reef Project. She’s strong, determined to save the Great Barrier Reef and not at all like the Lea Alex remembered. Their first meeting is very amusing.
I liked this story with its swoony vibe and its almost insta-love thing going. I mean, I get that Lea always had a huge crush on Alex but when exactly did he fall in love with her? I read the part that he said “I’m not going anywhere, except deeper in love with you” and I didn’t really buy it. I didn’t think he was there yet but whatever. I’ll ride that wave. lol There were twists that threw me for a loop. That ending at Reef Aid was divine. I loved it.
Go Deep by Molly Sloan. Molly Sloan has a unique quality of writing! She lets you know the full depth of the characters and emotional ride that each one is going through. This is my first time reading this series. When Alex father dies, he finds out his brothers, Caleb, Eden, and himself are all adopted, each from a different country. At 24 Alex has one year to go back to AUSTRALIA and to learn about his birth country and make a financial benefit plan before he will receive his birth circumstance and inheritance. Alex friend, David, told him to look up his baby sister Lea since she moved there when she was 17. Lea move to Australia when her boyfriend died while surfing and she became pregnant with his child. Her parents didn’t want people to know, so she was sent to Australia to live with her aunt. Lea had her son, finished high school and went to college and got her Marine Biologists degree. She had it touch but she was strong. When Alex went to Australia, he found Lea was not the brat, annoying little girl he remembered. She became a beautiful woman and he was very attractive to her! The chemistry is too hot to handle and can’t be stopped! He later finds it was his birth mom that help Lea and she was her mentor and teacher. So many conflicts is happening to Alex and he needs to find himself. Can there be a future for him and Lea?

Alex was the quintessential forever young, surfer dude, who found out he was adopted at his father’s will reading. Unfortunately for him, the stipulation for him to get his inheritance was that he had to take a journey of self discovery and perform a specific task. Lea was the geeky younger sister of Alex’s best friend David, but he hadn’t seen her in a few years. Sparks fly when they meet, but they both are hesitant to act on it because of David. Alex and Lea realise their chemistry is too strong to ignore, so they ravage each other.
Alex’s life takes a left turn, when he discovers some devastating news about his biological father, which leads him to go AWOL, so he can absorb the news. He returns and sets in motion plans, that ensures his biological mother’s dreams can be realised. Furthermore, when he goes to visit Lea, she also gives him some news that solidifies the decision he made when he went away to think things through. Alex and Lea’s adventures lead them to get everything they wanted. I was very enthralled with the characters in the story. The writing was awesome and made it difficult for me to put down. Definitely recommend this book to anyone looking for a great read.

Molly Slone has written a 5-star story, This story has Lea dealing with being a single mother, not having a relationship with her parents. It has Alex dealing with finding out he is adopted. He has come to Australia to find his birth mother only to find out she has passed away. Lea was working with Alex's mother and Alex has known her for years since she is his best friend's sister. Unknown to the other, they have had feelings for the other. As they spend more time the feelings they have for each other grow stronger. They spend one night together after Alex finds out who his birth father is. After their night together, Alex takes off and Lea takes this as he doesn't want her. Can Lea forgive Alex after he hurt her by leaving her after their night together? Will Alex realize that he has always had feelings for Lea and tell her, or will he head back home to America? This story will have you from the first page to the last, just to see what happens between Lea and Alex. I would recommend this story to anyone.

The Billionaire Element Series starts out with 3 brothers finding out they're adopted, and in order to get their inheritance, there are things that they have to do to check off items on the instructions. One of them being the journey to find out where they came from. This is Alex's, the oldest, journey, and it takes him to his birth mother's country, Australia, and has to actually follow instructions on how to help said country somehow. I won't go into many details about that, but it's here that he comes across Lea, his best friend's baby sister, who was always an annoying pest when they were little, but now she's all grown up, living in Australia as a marine biologist. Lea, of course, has the key to his journey, but their chemistry is next level, so there were some distractions to the whole plan, or were they truly distractions?! You'll have to make up your own mind, as I totally encourage everyone to one click this very original story in an highly original series! You won't be sorry, because I truly HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALL!
Alex has always put surfing first, working only until he had enough money to hit the waves. Then his father dies, he finds out he Is adopted and that in order to inherit, he has to prove himself worthy. He meets Lea, a single mom and sister to his best friend. It might just be she is the solutions to all his problems.
This is a contemporary romance with a bit of heat. The characters are interesting and the situations they are put into brings out their strong personalities. The growth of Alex towards manhood, that is being responsible and making contributions, was interesting to follow. How he went about things was someone different but the end results were positive. There is an emotional rollercoaster particularly on Lea’s part as she tries to deal with her history, her job and a budding relationship, all the while being a single mom. The characters face internal conflicts and external barriers that make the storyline interesting. If you enjoy contemporary romances you should like this one too.

The start was a little slow but I understand why as it gives the background to the family. Once I got past that part up the book was wonderful.
Alex and his brothers found out they were adopted when their father dies. Each are given a packet and told they can’t open until they are 25. Alex is the first to turn 25. They each have the year after that to go to their birth countries and come up with a plan to give back to those countries.
Alex’s best friend David has a sister who lives where he has to go. He suggested he look her up. Lea was his sister. Alex gives her a call and finds her attractive and not that annoying kid who followed them around.
He tells Lea his story and finds out that her professor and mentor was his mother. Lea tells him she passed away two years before. Will he keep her foundation going? Will he fall for Lea? Does he find his biological father? You will have to read to find out!
This is such awesome book by Molly Sloan that I couldn't get enough of it. The characters and story pulled me form the beginning. This is Alex and Lea's story. Alex and his brother's found out they were adopted when their father dies and each are give a packet and told not to open it until their twenty fifth birthday. Alex turns 25 and in hie packet he finds he has a year to go to his birth country and make a plan to give back to that country, his country is Australia. His best friend's little sister Lea has moved to Australia and when they reconnect the sparks fly. Lea helps him along his journey of finding himself and the man his father would be proud of while also finding love. It was an enjoyable read with relatable characters and an amazing story you won't be disappointed so grab a copy to see is they get their HEA!!!! I can't wait to read more!!!

What a wonderful story! This is the kind of book that get’s you hooked and doesn’t let go of you until the very last page. Even then I was craving more. The story starts out with three brothers finding out they are adopted. The story line follows Alex, the oldest, as he turns 25 and searches for his birth mother with the instructions to help his birth country in some way that is beneficial to that country. Each brother was born in a different country and it is a requirement before the they can receive their inheritance. The story line is unique and solid. The characters are well thought out and written in an interesting and very engaging way. The book has angst, laughter, tears, family ties, and a beautiful ending. The best part? There are two more brothers’ stories to read about…..I can’t wait!
We have seen a lot of stories about Best friend’s little sister. This story is quite different from the outset. Lea got pregnant in high school and her boyfriend died surfing. Being a minister, her father decided to send her away and wanted her to give away her child. When she refused the adoption, her parents stopped communication with her. Luckily her aunt helped her back on her feet with her little boy. When his father died, Alex found out he was adopted. To get his inheritance, he has to complete a mission at the place where he is from. He ended up in the same town his best friend’s little sister, Lea, is. Lea used to have a crush on Alex. As they rekindle their passion, Alex and Lea both need to find their own way. It is quite a simple and heart warming story. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

Alex and Lea’s story was sweet. Alex finding out a year before that he was adopted and had to wait til his 25th birthday to find out where he was born and who his parents were. Finding out his mom was easy as he had a letter from her and her name but his dad was another story. On top of that he had to find a way to help his home country and being his idea before the board to see if they would approve the release of his inheritance. While there he met up with Lea, his best friend’s sister. One thing led to another and then she doesn’t here from him for a week. Will she forgive him ? Will they continue their romance, if you can call it that ? I can’t wait for book three to come out with the last brother. Good read !

This is Alex story. All the sons were adopted and the father wanted the sons to go back to where they were born. This is their journey of discovery to understand their birth mothers and their country of birth (each son came from a different mother and a different country). This was the only way they would inherit his billion dollars. Alex had to develop a financial benefit plan with his biological parents and do something worthwhile. He was only given a year to accomplish this. This was a journey for Alex to understand why he was given up for adoption, to help a worthy cause and he found true love too. These books of getting to know the brothers and their causes were inspirational. I enjoyed getting to know Alex

This second book in the saga of the Elliott boys is absolutely phenomenal! Alex is the next brother to turn 25 and his journey to find his birth mother takes him to Australia. There he reconnects with Lea, his best friend David's little sister. She's not the same annoying teenage girl she used to be and she turns his head in a way he did not expect. The story is an amazing journey of Alex finding out not only what kind of amazing woman his birth mother was but also what a jerk his biological father is and what being a father truly means. He also finds love along the way where he least expected it and gets the life he never thought he wanted.

When Alex finds out he was born in Australia he reaches out to Lea who happens to be his best friends sister. Their connection is undeniable and it grows as they spend more time together.

What a beautiful love story and a fantastic happily ever after ending. When Alex and his brothers find out they’re adopted they are floored. They are from a multibillion dollar family and when their father dies he gives them each an envelope to be opened on their 25th birthday to find their original birth parents and to do something substantial with their inheritance. Alex goes to Australia to find his birth mother. While there, he runs into Lea, his best friends little sister and falls in love with her. He has been just a surfer dude his entire life and has had no real direction. But once he meets Lea, his life changes drastically, completely upside down and completely wonderful. A really great book.
Alex and Lea's story is a wonderful addition to this series. Alex is the second son to find his birth parent and return to his home of origin. Before he leaves, his best friend asks him to check on his sister Lea for him. He remembers Lea as the bratty younger sister and is surprised at the brilliant young woman she has become. Lea is a single mom, whose high school boyfriend was killed and she moved to have the baby. She has since gone on to be a Marine biologist. Can she and Alex work together to help him get his inheritance? This is a beautifully developed story with wonderful characters and a HEA that will be embedded in your heart.
