I’m pregnant, and I’m certain it’s his. The only problem is, I don’t know who he is. The only thing I have is a name, a pair of dazzling green eyes, and an irresistibly handsome face. I never expected it to lead me to the Russian mafia.
Being captured and held captive by a bratva boss isn’t easy. Especially when he’s used to getting everything he wants. But he doesn’t know that we have a deeper connection. He doesn’t know the truth. He doesn’t know that he’s the one who knocked me up.
The mafia life is brutal and ruthless. Bad boys come out on top, and women like me fall for them. This wasn’t the life I had in mind, but it was the one that chose me. Now, I had to rise to the danger, or be swept away by it.
Mafia Baby is a dark and twisted secret baby Russian mafia romance with lustful scenes, action-packed sequences, and a writing style that will keep you turning the page.
So the first thing I am going to say is yes I read most of the reviews to this book BEFORE I read it. But because there was such a wide range of different reviews I have to say that, that is the reason I read this book. I had to know why there were so many different reviews.
Now on to why I gave my two-star review.
1. Bella King NEEDS to get an editor. OR if she can not afford one she needs to go through and find the grammar and editing errors herself. They really are not hard to find. Before releasing a book I advise any author to do that.
2. The story has potential- as I did enjoy it, BUT the author needs to either read more mafia books or needs to not write them quite yet. Timur has NO backbone at all to be a mafia boss. His partner in crime has more of a backbone then he does. So that bothered me.
3. The story was just starting to get somewhat good and then it was over. Timur just gives everything up and walks away. Who does that? Yes, some mafia books I have read the boss has done that, but it was like pulling teeth, and after a huge fight. Not just oh I am going to walk away because I am in love. NO WAY.
So the question is will I read Bella King again? I have to be honest and say probably not. I would have to see a lot more reviews in the positive. Bella has a lot more to work on, mostly getting a good editor to help her through these newbie issues.
So awful I don't know where to start, the lamest "Mafia" book I have ever read Timur was a wet blanket & was laughable, the whole book was just a car crash
This is the dumbest book I have ever read and worst mafia book I have ever read and here are just some of the reasons why:
1.Sloppy, cheesy writing that seriouslly needs good editing
2. The heroine Graciela! No ambition whatsoever, dumb as can be.
3. The hero Timur! We know nothing about him at the beginning of this story and nothing at the end of this story. Probably the worst mafia boss ever.
4. Horrible representation of the russian mafia and mafia in general. The author should at least read some mafia books.
5. No chemistry between the main couple and quite frankly we get maybe 6 scenes between the two of them. No "growing in love" stort line. It's kinda just boom and I love you.
6. The most unbelievable ending...
Ugh I give up. This one truly sucked and was a waste of my time. I'm sorry.
Graciela and Timur meet at a club. One thing leads to another and well, here comes the Mafia baby! Well, baby is still tucked away. Graciela is desperate after losing her job and needing to take care of the baby. So she goes looking for "Thomas" and well, interesting things begin to happen. Vlad, Russia, Natalia, and more! Well, this story is fast paced and intriguing to say the least. Graciela keeps her cool where most people would probably lose it in her predicament. Timur at times seems too cool under pressure, but that's a Russian Bratva thing.
Fast paced story, easy to read, HEA, no cheating, and no cliffhanger. What isn't to love about that?

"Mafia Baby" covers some serious issues but is told from Garciela’s point of view with dry humor. Graciela is unemployed when she has a one night stand with Thomas. Thomas is really Timur - a mysterious mafia boss from Russia. When she discovers she’s pregnant she goes looking for him and is abducted into a world of secrets, violence, betrayal and pleasure. Is this the world she wants to bring their child into? This story is entertaining, descriptive, and big on drama/violence. I don’t know if Timur’s dialogue matches his role consistently and Graciela has a few moments of questionable decision making regarding her wellbeing (especially for a pregnant woman) but there is a HEA. 3.5 stars.

Oh the place you will go when looking for the big bad man who gave you the best night of your life and left you with an unexpected surprise. Graciela never dream she'd ended up being nabbed and whisked away ending up in the middle of so much drama and danger she wanted to tell him the truth but she kept silent. This was the first book I've read by Bella King and wow from the first page I found myself quickly drawn in rooting for Graciela and even Timur they make quite the steamy couple.

This book definitely had it's moments and the characters were engaging. My issue with this novel is that it is told solely from Gracelia's point of view. I think you lose something when you only hear from one character's prospective or point of view. I like to read dialogue from both characters; that is the main way I connect with a character. The story line is well presented when you get to hear from both main characters; otherwise the story can get boring because the author needs to fill up space instead of developing both character's. The author can expand on a story by including both characters. If you have two main character or three main character's I want to see each character developed, not just one.
This has a lot of potential but it needs development both with its characters and story. Graciela and Timur are quite superficial and Graciela could have been a brilliant main character but she just runs and accepts and Timur doesn't quite ring true as a mafia boss. He does goes through obligatory change but I'm not sure Graciela does. The story itself needs more development and detail. Anyway to sum up its a quick read with an interesting plot.
This is a story of action, sizzling passion, and sexual energy. Fantastic story of a sexy green eyes mafia boss and a innocent sweet lovely hearted woman. And their one night of passion result in a little one coming and the father had to be told, that the beginning of the book. Good story.
A sweet story with a HEA, but with several dark elements, as kidnapping and mafia battles. Graciela is sweet, and a little to trusty, so finds herself in a lot of trouble.

This book is a short read and is well written starting with how well developed and engaging the characters are. To a storyline that is filled with chemistry throughout the pages.

The writing is very sloppy, the author must be a beginner. I didn't see the attraction between the h and H or at least something... The story was ok, but the writing was terrible. Don't recommend it.
I liked this one. Graciela and Timur's story was an interesting one. Good characters. I received a free copy of this book. And am voluntarily leaving an honest review.
