A simple framework that I was introduced to many years ago when I first worked with Jo, and it still rings true today. Jo has refined this framework and given it more colour through her life experiences in the many organisations she has touched. This book is easy to digest and makes a great reference book for any organisational design - and a great tool for any leader wanting to give their people their best present and future roles as well as build high functioning teams.
