USA Today Bestselling author Angela Pepper lives with her family in the rainy Pacific Northwest, surrounded by spoiled kitties, deer, raccoons, and the biggest woodpeckers you've ever seen.
I felt so bad for Zoey and Archer in this book. I understand it was his time to go but did they really have to kill him. I loved the mystery in this one because it was not as easy to solve. I love that they went back to the secret world that Zinnia knew about in order to find the dwarves. I hate that they find Archer in the other world and how he refuses to come back with them. I hate how Zara’s house is destroyed and how she messes up and does something bad with her powers. I hate how she’s vowed to never use her powers again and hopefully that changes.
This is Wisteria Wedding, book 13 of the wonderful Wisteria Witches Mysteries series written by Angela Pepper. This entire series is full of the craziest things.... a house that is alive and constantly moving and changing, witches, shifters of all kinds, genies, vampires and that's only to name a few. If you have some time and could use an escape.... THIS IS THE ONE FOR YOU!! Give it a chance and you will have a new fave series and a new fave author!! I can't wait to see where Ms Pepper will lead us from here!!

The Beginning of the End or the End of the Beginning?
I have compared Wisteria Witch Mysteries to Gilmore Girls meets The Dresden Files. This novel packs a punch not unlike Changes from The Dresden Files.
EVERYTHING HAPPENS. Status Quos are tossed aside left and right. Some characters meet tragedy. Some find welcome new beginnings. By the end of the novel NOTHING WILL EVER BE THE SAME. This book has connections, characters and plotlines from the twelve previous novels that have built to this amazing season finale with promises of many adventures to come. If you have not read the previous books, Angela does her best to spell out everything you read to know – but you would be missing out.
The book has the humor, heart, pathos and magical mayhem the series in known for in spades. Tiffany Williams pulls out a show stopping performance with animated narration along with so many character voices. She is a treasure and I hope to continue to listen to her narrate every Angela Pepper book for a long time to come.
If you have been enjoying this series then you cannot miss this latest installment
WISTERIA WEDDING is the fourteenth book in the Wisteria Witches series. You will definitely want to read the previous books to best understand all of the characters.
Narration: Tiffany Williams once again gives a superb performance of old characters and new. She is the best narrator in this universe or the alternate one!
One of my favorite new characters is T.O.A.D.E. (The Oracle at Dragon’s End). He’s no nonsense, tell-it-like-it-is, a little grumpy-old-man, and yet entirely loveable and human…. Err toad. Even though he’s in the parallel universe, I hope we get to see him again!
This story actually starts out dark. When a wedding becomes a wake, you know it can’t be good. That is only one of the surprises in this story. There is a baby on the way; death is not forever when djinn are involved; and then there is the ending. I won’t give anything away, but don’t miss this ending! A new beginning!
Note: While I received this book as a gifted audiobook copy, my opinions are my own and are given freely.
Title: WISTERIA WEDDING Series: Wisteria Witches # 13 Category /Genre: Paranormal Cozy Mystery Recommended for: 14+ due to situations Listenability: OK for all ears Received from: Angela Pepper (as an Audible gifted copy)
Parents: YA to adult reader, lots of joking, funny puns, and insinuations made but overall is still kept pretty clean (free of f-bombs and minimal bad language), and some drinking... It's on a PG13 level and I would say high school and up readers.
Carrot's getting married to Archer and the whole mess of a town is there... with Sara's gift acting up and then the worst possible thing happens at the wedding -- a murder! Zara ends up having to go into the alternate universe again with her friends to solve the murder that ends up being too close to home. Everything is changing for our main characters and I can't wait to see where it all goes next!
The narration is done so well and a ton of fun to listen to that this is series one of those books that I can listen to again. If you're new to the series this is the 13th book so although I think they can be read out of order without too much confusion... Who would do that when these are so much fun-- Really much better to read them in order.

My God, will Carrot Greyson ever catch a dang break?
This book broke my heart in a dozen different ways, and I teared up at multiple points. Archer, Xavier, Carrot, Zoey, Archer again… there was so much loss and grief woven into this book. This was one of the more intense books in the series, and it felt like it scrambled all of the rules by which we previously played.
Zara says that this book is the end of an era, and it truly feels like it. I’m excited and nervous to see where we go from here. On related note, it’s very interesting that she admitted that she’s an unreliable narrator. I’m very curious about how that plays into the story.
The Zoey twist at the end! I’ve been waiting for her paternal powers to show up, and now, for better or for worse, they’re a chess piece on the board. And this prophecy about her is intense!
Thank you for your service, Red Witch House. You will be dearly missed.

Well, I definitely didn’t expect the goings on in this book, I have really enjoyed the series and this book I feel is the best yet. What an imagination Angela Pepper has! Zara, Zinnia, Zoey, Ribbons and all the other characters that bring the book to life are there starting a new year with a completely different outlook on life. I don’t want to give the storyline away, but suffice to say if you have followed the series up to here you won’t be disappointed! If you haven’t read these books I would suggest starting at book 1, otherwise some of the storyline will be lost. It’s a fantastic series. Even better it’s now available on kindle unlimited! If you enjoy paranormal books this has a bit of everything and something completely different to other series I have read.
a variety of endings and beginnings in these ongoing adventures
the Riddle family seems to be plagued with great powers, and they all bear the burdens that come along with that.
Aunt Zinnia is a good fellow traveler, who is facing some definite changes and challenges
Zara witnesses horrible threats to her daughter and the father of her daughter. Since Zoey is half djinn, things are complicated for her. Her fox shifter side keeps her more present and grounded
other realm travels are involved, and things are a little dangerous, and much more harrowing back in their hometown
Heavy burdens and the comforts and challenges of friends and family make for an interesting community for the Riddles, and some bittersweet yet intriguing reading for us

Don't continue if you don't want spoilers. Zara has been an unreliable narrator for a while now, and it's interesting that people aren't really calling her on her more toxic (and slightly narcissistic) behaviors but are still fully participating in her schemes. I saw most of the twists coming, but I'm invested now, and I'm interested to see where she takes the prophecy thing. I have some ideas, but there are a couple of ways things can play out. I'm still enjoying all the characters, and these are quick reads. As much as I love an unreliable narrator sometimes, I'm hoping Zara sticks to her resolution in the next book and makes some real progress as a character. Also, not cool on destroying the house. I loved that house. I didn't think she'd do that despite the foreshadowing.
Omg! How good was this one?! I read it in one read! I am a huge fan of this series, started reading the Wisteria books about 6 years ago and I must say this one is my favorite yet! And that is saying a lot because I already loved the previous ones so much!
What I liked so much about Wisteria Wedding is that many elements of the past come together in this story, many of which from unexpected corners. Many questions of the past will be answered and pieces of the puzzle are coming together! With two of my favorite characters that are working together in the hopes to solve an outer world mystery and who will try to kick evil’s ass together… What more can one ask as a reader 🥳 A must read if you want to find out for your self! I can totally recommend!!!
I received this as an ARC to read and review. I've been following this series since the very beginning and absolutely love it. It has so many interesting and fun characters and they all have their own unique and endearing personalities. There was a so much happening in Wisteria this time that was so completely unexpected. You have the mysterious death of a genie. Time travel to a different universe, the disappearance of the Red Witch House, a pregnant witch, a marriage proposal from a vampire to a witch and so much more. I cannot wait until the next book to see what happens. If you love paranormal goings on and witches, goblins, fairies, etc. you will love this book. There is a little bit of everything in it.
BEST WITCH SERIES EVER. I fell in love with this witch years ago after randomly flicking thru ebooks until the colourful cover caught my eye. Since then l have read and listened to each book with so much enjoyment and can say that these stories are worthy of a favourite bookshelf place. l just love ghost and witch stories and Angela Pepper does both proud. The characters of this community are colourful and the adventures very entertaining. There are not many books now that are not fluffed out with sex scenes but here you will enjoy each book packed full up of witchy tales. This latest story is full of surprises , so well written and the narration is fantastic as usual. 100% recommendation from me!
A wedding to bring in the New Year, what could go wrong? I love all the colourful characters in Wisteria, and with the town been a mix of supernatural and normal humans, they have to be careful on who sees what. I love the humour, intriguing plot and getting sucked into Zara's world and challenges. Zara loves her daughter Zoey, she is willing to speak her mind and help others, and she is so amusing (I certainly loved her, along with many others). I look forward to reading more of other adventures these troublesome witches and other supernaturals get up to in Wisteria.

Terrific series that you can start anywhere but will want to binge read! Wisteria is the town, and the main witches are Zara Riddle, her daughter Zoey, and her aunt Zinnia. But nearly everyone in town has "specialties" and is really unique, including some buildings! The story has such amazing twists while remaining as riveting as every one of the other books in series. Of course I loved it! The audio is narrated by Tiffany Williams who has the character interpretation skills of an operatic coloratura (that means that she can make character definitions no matter how many there are!). I won this audio in a giveaway. Yay me!
Go with Zara and Zinnia on their next puzzle solving mystery. There’s a wedding, a death, and a big announcement. When something big happens in Wisteria just leave it to the Riddles to fix it or solve it. This is a series that has grown tremendously over the last 13 books. The bonds between characters is constantly evolving along with the magical abilities of others. It’s not something to just jump into, you must start in the beginning. I’ve received an early copy and have written my review voluntarily.
I'm once again blown away by what a talented author Angela Pepper is. Her books have the most creative and unique elements that you'll find in any paranormal or fantasy book. I would have never thought of flipping the concept that we are just "tiny people" living in a whole universe with giants which I assume is somewhat common. What if we are the giants? Pepper comes up with the best intelligent humor. I never predicted what happens in this book from previous books in the series.
There is so much that goes on in these books that the reader never can guess what’s coming next. The characters are all unique and colorful personalities. The story line will capture your attention and keep you following along as the adventures unfold. Grab your copy and enjoy the full effect of a well-told story that stays exciting from page to page!
Audiobook review: Wisteria Wedding is a paranormal murder mystery involving a very old sibling rivalry. Plenty of action and adventure as Zara travels to a different realm in an attempt to stop additional deaths. The characters are likable and interesting. The narrator did a good job with providing unique voices for each character and appropriate tone inflections for each scene. Wisteria Wedding (Wisteria Witches #13) was a great read by Angela Pepper. Wedding bells are in the air while the residents of Wisteria snuggle up in the cold weather. At the same time, two people take their relationship to a whole new level. The only question is who is getting married? At the same time others will find themselves tangled in more magical mayhem. I enjoyed reading this book and can wait to read more by the author.
Zara is going to go through a lot of changes in this book. Zinnia is also going to have to face some major news her life as well. There are some more twist and turns in this book that you will be unable to put the book down.
I am not saying much as I am not going to spoil this book. This is a must read, I loved every minute in Wisteria and can't wait for more books in this series.
I have fallen in love with this series. The adventures of discovering a world of magic & other powers has been a wonderful escape from The pandemic. The characters are so much fun. I'll be waiting for the release of book 14 in June. Can't wait to see what happens next to Zara & the gang.
Oh I enjoyed this story, in fact I was quite sad it came to an end. Also I was so hoping the house would start rebuilding itself, it was also a character of the story. Please don't end the series, there is so much more to tell of Zara, Bentley, Zorie her Aunt and Mother. Please give us more than book 14 and 15
not my favourite of this series so far as it get much darker in tone, it’s got Death, murder, poisoning, and a depressing downward trajectory. the light comedy touches that made the earlier volumes fun is missing. the put down of some of the characters does not come off pleasantly. it’s just got nasty… i’m definitely in two minds about getting the next one….
This is a continuation of the Riddles lives. As with the rest it keeps your interest throughout. This was more of a story without as much action as the others but it was excellent. I can't wait for the next time I get to visit with the Riddles. I wonder if it will show more of Zoey's powers.
Zara, and aunt Zinnia have travel in time to save Wisteria, and Zoey finds her power.
Zara, and her aunt Zinnia have to use their witch powers to stop a demon that interrupts the town wedding and is destroying Wisteria. Zoey finds her powers finally.
Another fabulous read in this series, I totally loved it! This is a great series! Great writing ties up some answers and adds more questions. Unpredictable, fun, unique, great characters! Everything I want in my books! I can’t wait for the next book!
Another , book in this awesome paranormal series. I was expecting more action in the other world with two moons though, and poor Archer... I can barely wait for the next book in this incredible series.
Holy cow, the things that happen in this book will have your head spinning! I was so excited to see a new Wisteria audiobook was out and jumped at the chance to listen. As always, I was no disappointed and am begging for the next to come out soon!
Wow!Witches with red hair are the only ones that can save the world...again! I need more Wisteria! Tiffany Williams was a terrific narrator...again! I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.
What's not to love when you have a cast of interesting characters, an interesting and humorous storyline, and wonderful interactions between the characters? Another very enjoyable book in the Wisteria Witches series.
