Gabriel is a thriller about a captivating plot to eradicate the world's entire Jewish population with a deadly biological attack fashioned after Covid. It featured an ex-Seal as protagonist who tirelessly pursues the matter, generating reasonable suspense, while escaping all manner of near-death situations from which he miraculously extracts himself time after time, eventually totally straining our credulity.

According to my wife, who has traveled with the author, and the book jacket, Dr. Evans is one of the world's foremost authorities on Israel and the Middle East; he has published over 100 novels (some fiction but mostly non-fiction) relying on his knowledge and first-hand experiences. This novel lives up to its description: Thriller! Many twists and turns, never a dull moment.

I can see other readers putting this novel in the conspiracy theory box! I am not sure if some of the mysterious groups exist, would have to look into this myself, but I am sure there is elements of truth in this novel that are based on real life. It was a joy reading a novel that is pro-Israel and the biblical basis of it and where the anti-Semitism comes from. But there would still be readers out there that would dispute the author's claims. I don't. We need authors and Christians to support Israel in any way they can.

I am glad I bought the pdf of this from his website. It is worth the buy. I really hope there are at least one sequel in the mix as there are so many unanswered questions at the end and it begs for the continuation of the plot and Ford's quest to expose more of what Gabriel and plans for the world.

The spiritual reality and based on Biblical themes are good and form a solid foundation that is most likely what the author wanted to convey to the reader.

I will investigate other novels from this author. There is a list at the end of the novel.

Highly recommended.
