Eiichiro Oda (尾田栄一郎, Oda Eiichirō) is a Japanese manga artist, best known as the creator of the manga and anime One Piece.

As a child, Oda was inspired by Akira Toriyama's works and aspired to become a manga artist. He recalls that his interest in pirates was probably sparked by the popular TV animation series titled Vicky the Viking. He submitted a character named Pandaman for Yudetamago's classic wrestling manga Kinnikuman. Pandaman was not only used in a chapter of the manga but would later return as a recurring cameo character in Oda's own works.

For me, One Piece is best Manga ever written. The story always touch my heart, it is a combination of faithful friendship, laughter, loyalty and action.
Some people might find this manga as silly and pointless (I’ve heard this before) but they never truly read the Manga and therefore judging it simply from the cover. I’ve been in that position too…and thank God I finally looked beyond the cover and found the greatest adventure any Mangaka ever written.

We've spent a couple volumes deep at the rock bottom, and now it's time to start climbing back up. It's going to look like a big arduous challenge, tough and tricky and occasionally floundering, things that should be impossible for anyone with any sense yet our main characters - who of course have no sense whatsoever - go for it right away, but the morale is in the sky and you already pretty much know how it's all going to end. But what you do not know is just how much of an MVP Sanji is going to be - nor the first emergence of the true hero, the savior, the legend, Sniper King! What a cliffhanger!

Continuing the trend of this arc being freaking AMAZING, this volume cemented Robin as probably my current favorite member of the Straw Hats. Something about me just loves the introverted characters who would do anything for their friends :’)

Full of classic OP moments: Robin's motivations, Nami's vow to get her back, the coming of Aqua Laguna, Chopper being awesome, Sanji being cool. And oh, Sniper King. Bwahahaha. Plots sometimes take a little too long to set up in One Piece, but oh, the payoff is excellent.

I have loved the attention Usopp is getting in this arc! There are also some incredible full-page art pieces in this volume.

As far as the story progression goes? It's fine. The promise of what's coming makes up for it.

Sogeking!! 🏹🎯✨

Usopp is a liar. Usopp is the most honest character. Usopp bears his heart open to the world when he feels conflicted. Usopp lies his way to truth. I love these characters with all my heart.

I don't think I've mentioned it yet, but I love Rob Lucci. Easily one of the best antagonists in the series. His Character design is iconic, too.

Robin’in fedakarlığı beni gerçekten çok duygulandırdı.

One Piece, Vol. 38 continues where the previous tankōbon left off and contains the next ten chapters (358–367) of the on-going manga series.

This tankōbon continues the Water Seven Arc. After the Straw Hats recover from their injuries they discover that Nico Robin has sided with the government in order to save the rest of the crew from destruction.

Cipher Pol Number 9 captures Cutty "Franky" Flam and Usopp and takes them and Robin to Enies Lobby, the government's judiciary island, using a sea train. Vinsmoke Sanji sneaks on board in an effort to save them, freeing Usopp and Franky before continuing on to Robin.

Meanwhile, the rest of the Straw Hats, the loyal members of Galleyla, and Franky's friends, follow on a sea train of their own, unimpeded by the Aqua Laguna.

This tankōbon is written and illustrated by Eiichirō Oda. For the most part, it is written and illustrated rather well. Revelations are revealed about the true loyalty of Nico Robin – not that there was any real worry where her loyalties lies. The narrative is setting up the pieces for a finale that should happen in the next tankōbon.

All in all, One Piece, Vol. 38 is a wonderful continuation to a series that seems really intriguing and I can't wait to read more.
