RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
We want our customers to be fully satisfied with items purchased from Garage Strength Sports Performance. If you find the enclosed product(s) defective or damaged in any way, please contact our Customer Service Department at 484-575-1502, or e-mail us at support@garagestrength.com for assistance with your return or exchange.
With the original sales receipt, returns/exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. The item must be returned in its original packaging and with all accompanying manuals, parts, and accessories.
A 30% re-stocking fee will be applied to all equipment returns. For items shipped, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges for the return of the product. Items can be sent to Garage Strength at the address listed below:

Item(s) must arrive at Garage Strength in good, salable condition before a refund will be issued. Items that are used or damaged may be denied a refund or exchange.
All sales are considered final on the following items which are not returnable: Discontinued items, digital products, gift cards, and downloadable software products
Warranty
Garage Strength offers a 5-Year Warranty on all structural steel material, equipment frames, and welding integrity when used as intended as applicable to the original purchaser (non-transferable).
Garage Strength offers a 45-Day Warranty after the purchase date on all Hydro Weights when used as intended per our recommended usage, storage, and cleaning process sheet provided with purchase. (non-transferable)
Garage Strength offers a 90-Day Warranty after the purchase date on the upholstery concerning the Single Leg Roller’s pad when used as intended as applicable to the original purchaser (non-transferable).
Garage Strength offers a 60-Day Warranty after the purchase date on the ***foam’s integrity*** concerning the Balance Pad when used as intended as applicable to the original purchaser (non-transferable).
***The Balance Pad will begin to break off flakes around the edges after months of usage. This will not affect the Balance Pad’s intended usage, thus not being eligible under our 60-Day Warranty.***
The customer is responsible for contacting Garage Strength with pertinent information as to the condition of the equipment. If the issue is determined to be covered under warranty, Garage Strength will be responsible for the replacement of defective products/parts. Garage Strength will supply return packaging and shipping or cover on-site labor costs.

How long do I have to make a return?
You may return an unused item in new condition within 30 days of delivery.
What if I want to return the item after using it?
We are unable to accept returns for used merchandise.
Do I need to pay for the return shipping?

Shipping charges incurred as part of your online purchase are nonrefundable when returning or exchanging items.
