@volteone Yes, it's the correct location. As for the crash, it's caused by something else
@User20192910291 I moved those files in the OIV packages so they're no longer required

@volteone I didn't because those files do not crash the game (or better yet, they seem to be a rare case, but I never figured out). Anyway, I plan on reconverting them and see if they still cause issues.
Did you install all the requirements? Maybe try without Map Updates
For Legacy, I use this one ( https://github.com/pnwparksfan/gameconfig ) and for Enhanced this one ( https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/expanded-enhanced-gameconfig-gta-5-enhanced )
@TJM08 OpenIV doesn't, but there's a new standalone tool (link is in the description) which can install OIV packages for both versions of the game
@Jack_Gta22 The spawn of the scenarios is handled by the game (sometimes they will spawn, sometimes they will not).
As for the loading screens, I don't plan on working on it
Important: the mod has been added as an optional to Bugstar Fixes ( https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/fixes-improvements ).
This standalone version is no longer going to be updated and will be unpublished in the future

@SamArkRoy it's compatible with GTA 5 Enhanced, but not with NVE
Important: the content of this mod has been added to the MP Characters Overhaul mod ( https://www.gta5-mods.com/player/improved-mp-freemode-clothes ), so it's no longer going to be updated and will be unpublished sometime in the future
@Senf-Man The order in the dlclist doesn't matter (the game loads the DLC packs based on the "orderValue" in the setup2.xml) and nothing else needs to be done
