Becoming a Customer

To become a DecoPac customer, you must provide your business Federal Tax Identification number. Set up your account today to begin ordering online.

Account Help

To reset your password, go to "Forgot my Password" and you will be emailed a temporary password, which you can then change if desired. For any other account issues, call 1-800-DECOPAC (1-800-332-6722) and a Customer Service Representative will be glad to assist you.

Shipping

FedEx Ground Service shipping is FREE within the continental U.S. for orders totaling $100 or more. Standard shipping for orders less than $100 is $14. See our Shipping page for more information.

Distribution Outside of the US
