Federal Emergency Management Agency National Preparedness Online Courses
The Federal Emergency Management Agency’s (FEMA) National Preparedness online course catalog provides searchable, integrated information on courses provided or managed by FEMA’s Center for Domestic Preparedness (CDP), Emergency Management Institute (EMI), and National Training and Education Division (NTED). CDP provides advanced, all-hazards training to emergency responders annually from state, local, tribal, and territorial governments, as well as the Federal government, foreign governments, and private entities, as available. NTED provides the first responder community with over 150 courses to help build critical skills that responders need to function effectively in targeted violence or terrorism events.

Department of Justice Office of Community Policing Services Training Portal
The online training resource for the Office of Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS Office), the Portal hosts eLearning courses in a variety of topics including: "An Introduction to SRO Programs", "Introduction to Behavioral Intervention Teams", and "Introduction to Incident Command System for School Personnel”. These trainings are designed to augment training offered at the local level, and provide law enforcement, training academies, and individual officers with additional information on targeted violence and terrorism prevention, and other public safety topics.

Department of Homeland Security CP3 Regional Prevention Coordinators
Center for Prevention Programs and Partnerships (CP3) has Regional Prevention Coordinators (RPCs) across the United States to help establish and support prevention efforts at the local level. RPCs help to deliver CP3’s trainings, connect prevention practitioners, and build networks that can support local prevention efforts. RPCs also help to keep CP3 informed of local efforts, innovative approaches, and techniques used to engage the community in prevention activities and share promising practices within their networks.

Department of Homeland Security National Threat Evaluation and Reporting Office Master Trainer Program
The National Threat Evaluation and Reporting (NTER) Office equips homeland security partners with tools and resources to identify, report, and mitigate threats of terrorism and targeted violence to keep the Homeland safe. NTER’s expands the aperture on threat identification and reporting by integrating a behavioral approach to violence prevention. NTER’s Master Trainer Program is a train-the-trainer initiative that certifies Master Trainers from a broad range of sectors, including law enforcement, intelligence, school safety, insider threat and workplace violence prevention, to empower their local communities and organizations to mitigate threats and prevent acts of targeted violence.
