The automation
A single system.
Instructions, routings, BOMs, quality, and tooling in one platform. No version drift, no reconciling five systems that never agree.
Build from the design, not from documents.
Upload CAD. BuildOS proposes the build order and generates a 3D animation of every step. Design intent becomes production-ready execution, without translation loss.
From tribal knowledge to system intelligence.
Torque specs, fixtures, rules of thumb: captured once, applied automatically wherever that part appears again. People retire. The Build doesn’t.
Execution without guesswork.
Operators run the Build at the station: step-by-step, animated, always current. The right information, where and when it’s needed. New hires are building in hours, not weeks.
Opinionated by design.
Versioned, traceable, audit-ready by default. BuildOS encodes how production should work, because that is what serious manufacturers buy software for.
Proven where the work is hardest.
BuildOS is already in production across complex factory floors, helping manufacturers turn knowledge-dependent work into faster, repeatable processes.

The blueprint united us. CAD divided us.
For two centuries, everything great was built from a blueprint: one artifact carrying both the design and the way to make it, from drawing room to shop floor. CAD broke that covenant in the 1970s. Design went digital, manufacturing stayed physical, and the knowledge of how to build retreated into PDFs, spreadsheets, and memory.
Engineering went global. The design room and the factory floor ended up continents apart, and seeing the Build got hard. The knowledge didn’t disappear; it scattered across sites, systems, and teams. BuildOS pulls it back into one view, visualized and consolidated, so builders move faster. We are putting the Build back together.
