We’re always doing our best to bring you the latest Disney tips and tricks, and some of those include some shortcuts that Disney may noooot want you to know. We don’t encourage breaking rules, but if you haven’t wanted to pay for your PhotoPass photos, you have been able to screenshot them in the app, as long as you don’t mind the logo across the photo. However, we’re sorry to say that this has now CHANGED!
Okay, I’ve got a big beef with Disney World’s Lightning Lane Multi Pass.

So here’s the deal…I’ve been going to Disney World for almost 30 years (my first trip was in 1996 during the Birthday Cake Castle debacle — and yes, I was a little upset). I’ve also been going to Disneyland since 2014 (y’all, this is already making me feel old). I love both, although there are some things I think Disney World does better (hello, park security), and I think there are some things Disneyland does better (ALL the characters). But I do have one MASSIVE gripe about Disney World’s Lightning Lane Multi Pass that I need to get off my chest.
We might be in the middle of the EPCOT Festival of the Arts, but we’re already looking forward to EPCOT’s NEXT festival the EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival.
EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival 2024
This festival is pretty much our way of ushering in spring in Disney World and includes beautiful topiaries, lots of gorgeous flowers, fun entertainment, and loads of good food. Well, Disney has already dropped quite a few details about this year’s EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival, so we’re going to fill you in on everything that has been confirmed so far.
We’re ushering in the holiday season at Disney World the best way we know how — at exclusive parties, of course!
Disney Jollywood Nights (2023)
This year’s Jollywood Nights at Disney’s Hollywood Studios runs from November 9th through December 21st. We visited the very first night, taking in all the sights, sounds, smells, and MORE that the special event has to offer — and right now, we’re checking out all the special photo ops throughout the event!

While we are all about wanting to find ways to save money during our Disney World vacations, some perks are worth the splurge!
Magic Kingdom
For example, you can splurge on a Deluxe Resort to take advantage of Extended Evening Hours, where on select nights each week, one of the parks stays open two hours past park close. Or if you are staying at a Value Resort like Art of Animation Resort or Pop Century Resort, the difference between a standard and preferred room is around a $25 up-charge, depending on the time of year, which can really make your trip easier! There is one perk that anyone can purchase, regardless of if they are staying at a Disney World resort, and we think it is totally worth the $185.
There are a surprising number of things you can do in Disney World for free!
Disney Springs
You can visit Disney Springs and walk around, you can use resort transportation like the Monorail or Skyliner, you can do plenty of hotel activities, and you can even get some small souvenirs for free. And even if you paid to be on your vacation, there are often many free bonuses included with services you already paid for…bonuses you may not know about!
There’s MORE amazing stuff hiding in Disney World that goes beyond just Cinderella Castle and Big Thunder Mountain Railroad. But in order to FIND these marvelous things, we’re going to Disney Springs!
