Overview
In Kinshasa, the law is nowhere to be found and the criminals run the streets. Riva and Cesar are rival gang leaders who try to find new ways to make a profit in a less than civilized world. As potent as Cesar is, Riva's main problem in Kinshasa is a large man named Azor. The three gang leaders collide when Riva tries to solve the fuel shortage in Kinshasa with his own stash of fuel barrels. As Riva tries to bring in the fuel and sell it at a huge profit, Azor and Cesar are waiting to step in and take over the action. A war breaks out between the three and no one in Kinshasa is safe from the crossfire.
