How melamine boards and doors are made?
Melamine board is a particleboard laminated with hard plastic material also know as melamine resin. Melamine boards used for kitchen cabinets are made by fusing multiple layers of resin and paper sheets and bonding it to particleboard.

The melamine resin on the particleboard creates an impenetrable outer layer that resists chipping, scratches and dents.
