How it's metered
How does Fluint pricing work?

Pricing has two parts: a base platform fee for the tier you choose, plus consumption. Loop (the context layer) is metered on MCP calls at $0.35 per call, with included call volume on each tier and lower overage rates as you scale. The managed Agent is priced per user at $79/user/month and includes the Loop context layer underneath. An optional AI notetaker adds $40/user/month.

What counts as an MCP call?

One MCP call is a single request from an agent or tool to Loop for context — for example, an agent asking Loop for the enriched context on a deal before drafting an email. Because context is pre-materialized, a call returns decision-ready context rather than triggering fresh inference. List price is $0.35 per call; higher tiers include large call volumes and discount the overage rate

What happens if I exceed my included MCP calls?

Nothing breaks. Calls above your included volume are billed at your tier's overage rate — $0.35 on Starter, dropping to $0.30 on Growth and $0.24 on Scale. If you consistently exceed your allotment, moving up a tier usually costs less than paying overage.

Do unused MCP calls roll over?

On annual plans, unused included MCP calls roll over up to 2× your monthly allotment, so seasonal spikes don't get penalized. Monthly plans reset each cycle. Overage beyond your included calls is billed at your tier's per-call rate.

Product & Plans
What's the difference between Loop and Loop + Agent?

Loop is the context layer you build on — your data, a private model, and pre-materialized context served to any agent over MCP. You bring or build the agents. Loop + Agent bundles the same context layer with a fully managed, white-labeled sales assistant we host and configure for your team — priced per seat so your reps get a working assistant on day one without building one.

How much does the managed Agent cost?

The managed Agent is $79 per user per month and includes the Loop context layer underneath, plus a base platform fee that scales with the tier. An optional AI notetaker that captures and structures call context is an additional $40 per user per month.

What is the notetaker add-on?

Nothing breaks. Calls above your included volume are billed at your tier's overage rate — $0.35 on Starter, dropping to $0.30 on Growth and $0.24 on Scale. If you consistently exceed your allotment, moving up a tier usually costs less than paying overage.

Do unused MCP calls roll over?

The AI notetaker joins your calls, captures the conversation, and structures it into the context Loop uses — champion signals, objections, next steps. It's an optional $40/user/month add-on on any Agent + Loop plan, and feeds the same private model that powers your attribution and context.

Getting started
Is there a free pilot?

Yes. You can connect Salesforce and one call source and serve your first context calls in the first session. Pilots run on the Starter tier so you can validate attribution and context quality before committing to an annual plan.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Yes. Annual billing saves roughly 18% versus monthly and unlocks MCP-call rollover. You can upgrade tiers at any time; the change applies immediately and is prorated.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes. The per-call rate drops at every tier, and Enterprise plans negotiate custom MCP-call and per-seat pricing based on volume, plus dedicated infrastructure, security review, and SLAs.

Pricing Questions.

How it's metered
How does Fluint pricing work?

The Build plan bundles in two usage-based tiers: Loop (the context layer) on MCP calls, Mesa (your private LLM) on API tokens. Then on the Scale plan, a managed Agent runs on a per seat basis, with unlimited LLM usage. You choose an included volume for each in Build; anything beyond it is billed at your tier’s overage rate. Annual billing saves roughly 17%.

What counts as an MCP call?

One MCP call is a single request from an agent or tool to Loop for context. For example, an agent asking Loop for the enriched context on a deal before drafting an email. Because context is pre-materialized, a call returns decision-ready context rather than triggering fresh inference, which saves you between 30% - 70% on your existing AI provider's LLM bills. Higher tiers include larger call volumes and lower overage rates.

How is Mesa (the Model) metered?

Mesa is metered on API tokens, with input and output counted separately. Each tier includes a monthly token bundle, for example 200M input + 25M output on the entry tier, and usage beyond that is billed per 1M tokens at your tier’s rate: $0.90 in / $4.50 out, stepping down to $0.75 in / $3.75 out at the top tier.

Can I call Mesa directly over the API?

Yes. Every Build and Scale plan includes API access to your Mesa model through standard endpoints: point any agent, app, or framework at it. All API usage draws down your included monthly tokens before overage applies.

What happens if I exceed my included calls or tokens?

Nothing breaks. MCP calls above your included volume bill at your tier’s per-call rate, and Mesa tokens above your bundle bill at your tier’s per-1M rate. If you consistently run over, moving up a tier usually costs less than sustained overage.

Do unused MCP calls or tokens roll over?

Monthly plans reset each cycle, so they do not rollover. Enterprise plans come with unlimited usage, at a fixed rate, so there's no usage metering to rollover.

Product & Plans
What’s the difference between Build and Scale?

Build is Loop + Mesa: the context layer plus direct access to Fluint's purpose-built LLM. With context served over MCP for any LLM, and a standard API to access the Mesa LLM, designed for teams running their own agents or working out of AI providers like Claude and ChatGPT or Gemini. Scale adds a fully managed, white-labeled AI assistant we host and configure, priced per seat, so your reps get a working assistant on day one.

How much does the managed Agent cost?

The managed Agent is $99 per seat per month ($79 on annual), and comes with baseline usage for Loop + Mesa usage on MCP and API, if you're running agents or enabling sellers with other AI providers as well. An optional AI notetaker that captures and structures call context is an additional $40 per seat per month.

What is the notetaker add-on?

The AI notetaker joins your calls, captures the conversation, and structures it into the context Mesa and Loop use — champion signals, objections, next steps. It’s an optional $40/seat/month add-on on any Scale plan, and feeds the same private model that powers your attribution and context.

Is Mesa trained on my own data?

Yes, on the Enterprise tier your dedicated instance of Mesa is a private LLM that's fine-tuned on your GTM outcomes. Your weights are isolated to your account and never shared or used to train other customers’ models. Enterprise adds a fully private deployment with unlimited tokens.
