As there is vast amount of information in Projector, sometimes creating reports can be a bit overwhelming in finding the specific information your looking for. This seems to ease as users get more comfortable in extracting reports from Projector. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Advanced Analytics is costly and takes too long to ramp up to be useful.

Setting up a report (regular Projector reports) is a little complicated for a novice user.

PTO Accruals dates are preset as annual - where I input monthly and have to roll the calendar back 11 months to give accrual.

While I love all the E3 helps, sometimes the information doesn't include enough information for the novice.

Doesn't satisfy all of our business reporting needs and there are some user experience issues. There is no error message that comes up when a report being run is too large--it just doesn't ever run. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Efficiency - within a single system, we could track time & expenses, schedule resources, manage projects, invoice clients, and integrate into our accounting system. Projector gives companies visibility and control of their business in real-time rather than managing through a rear view mirror.

Scalability and flexibility - I worked in a Biz OPS role for 3 small to mid-size companies which initially used Projector to track resources' time and expenses. As the companies grew, we implemented the resource scheduling and project management modules. Management was delighted to use one system that captured all the data to manage their expanding business. Each company customized and displayed their data to gain visibility into their unique operation.

In 10+ years of using Projector, this team has been able to answer every question with a thorough explanation. They encourage you to contact them with any questions. Now, that's customer service! Projector covers all the bases and is a reliable, robust system. I can't say that I dislike anything about the product. However, to fully take advantage of Projector's capabilities, I would recommend adding a full-time administrator to the team who is the in-house Projector expert. It's very dry from a UX perspective and the mobile app lacks some luster...but one could argue it's simplicity in UI is what makes it more intuitive. It could use a little more flexibility from an Open API perspective as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a smaller firm, we like the fact it is simple to use and configure. We also have some legacy processes, and we find it very easy to make the choice to either use some advanced functionality or have the option to turn it off or not use it at all. We get great, honest, personal support from Projector - we feel like our voice is being heard, even if we are far from one of their most important customers.
