Although Getpin is still a small company with 15 employees, we have a considerable number of internal processes and tasks that require a coordination system. Worksection has been an excellent solution for organizing process management within our team. Additionally, Worksection has simplified communication between colleagues and departments. "A good program for project work with basic functionality"

What do you like best about Worksection?

- convenient project work

- understandable functionality

- great price for such capabilities

- ability to adapt projects to personal needs (I made CRM as a project, client cards as tasks, working with client cards (deals and contacts as subtasks)

- we also implemented chats as a project, and each task in it as a chat between respective groups and employees)

- covers all basic needs, and if you figure it out and show a bit of ingenuity, it will be an analog of Bitrix24 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Worksection?

- there is no possibility to grant access to certain people to specific contact folders

- there is no possibility to create folders for files

- there are no chats

- there is no CRM

In the head, there are many ideas on how the company can move and grow. And everything needs to be kept in focus and conveyed to the team. With Worksection, it has become much easier to do this. Our central task tracker is jira. But we encountered an inconvenient structure of the roadmap. So we tried to find a more adaptable option for our team's needs. I mostly like the possibility of building a roadmap and the current management that we carry out with the help of this tool—transparent, intuitive, convenient access management for team members. What do you dislike about Worksection?

It would be cool to see the comments left inside the card when hovering over the blocks in the Gantt Chart. I want to reduce the scale of the cards, now the working field looks quite extensive, but I do not consider this a severe drawback, but rather a wish for the future.
